I was in college and didnt have time to make it to my regular dentist at home. I went in for the regular cleaning/checkup and he said I had cavities in all 4 wisdom teeth, in addition to 2 other cavities. He told me the 4 wisdom teeth needed to be removed ASAP and the 2 cavities filled. I told him Id schedule it at a later time. I went to my regular dentist 6 months later and she told me that my wisdom teeth were fine and getting them pulled was completely optional, given that they werent causing any problems (they werent, and still arent 4 years later). She also said I had no cavities. So basically Dr. Baker was trying to do work that I did not need so he could get paid. Based on that and reading the other reviews, I have no idea how this guy hasnt been sued for malpractice. My second issue with this "dentist" has to do with a small claim he placed against me. He claimed I did not pay the $20 copay the time I made the mistake of going to his office for a checkup, and went so far as to file a claim against me in small claims court. First, this claim was placed 3 years after I went there...so not really sure what the motivation was to place it. Second, its pretty tough to leave the office without paying the copay, plus I wouldnt have been able to pick up my prescription that he wrote for some mouthwash that Im guessing I didnt need. Just another attempt at trying to get yet more money. If youre thinking of going to this guy, punch yourself in the mouth instead because that will provide better care for your teeth than this guy will.

DO NOT let this man work on your mouth. I went in to have my wisdoms removed - first of all he lied to me and said that I had to have them removed while conscious. Then during the operation he did not give me enough numbing treatment, even when I said I was still in pain. It wasnt until I started wimpering with tears running down my cheeks that he decided to give me a tiny bit more numbing agent, which still wasnt enough. He did not explain a single thing he was doing in my mouth, he just yanked and pulled and drilled. At one point I was pretty sure he was drilling my tongue but I couldnt say anything least he drill through something more important - I tried to signal him by tapping, but I was ignored. I left the office in tears. Ive heard nothing but horror stories from other friends of mine who have gone there. This is not how getting your wisdoms is supposed to be - I got my other two wisdoms taken out by another dentist, I felt no pain at all.

I have been going to Dr. Don for quite a while, at least 6 or 7 years. I have been treated with respect and kindness. I have always had a fear of dentists and they are very patient to make sure I am always comfortable with the procedure. I appreciate Dr. Dons many years experience and calm demeaner. I trust him and his staff for all of my dental needs.

I also agree. Very poor cleaning and horrible wait time and he would not stop bragging about his college experience. Also he did a poor job on filling my fiances filling and he told me I was going to have to have $500 worth of fillings for five teeth. Went to my mothers dentist and I had one filling. yeah, rip off!!! Dont go there!!!

It is really reasonably priced, but Ive had them mess up a couple of times. Once in my childhood they drilled into the wrong tooth when filling a cavity. A few months ago they messed up another cavity and had to redo it. But overall its usually a good place to go if you need a dentist and dont have much money.

I will never go here again. DR. Baker is a terrible man and I didnt like the way he responded to a child that was scared. I thought the equipment looked outdated and the waiting room was awful. I thought it seemed creepy that I was in a large room with several other patients that he was working on as well.
