The Nurse is very sweet and easy to talk to. The front desk lady, however, is one of the worst people to deal with ever. She was rude the day I came in, never smiled, addressed no one like she was happy to see them or even happy she woke up that morning. Weeks later I had to call back to get some paperwork and she was still rude. In a 2 minute conversation she cut me off 3 times, grunted at my thankyou and then hung up while I was speaking. I will NEVER return as long as she is there.

Well, they called me back with answers to my questions but were unable to help me. Was trying to get a steroid injection for my son for gout, that clearly states they do that on the website. I was told by someone who was reading from a book about the proper procedure. Instead of thinking maybe the patient knows what works for them, they stuck to the book. Sad that a clinic for urgency can only help you if the books said it was ok to do so. Will not bother with this place again.

The younger blonde nurse practioner has the worst bedside manner Ive ever encountered! She was very invasive asking questions about my medical history that had nothing to do with the sinus infection that I was having treated. She is rude and condescending. I recommend anyone considering this clinic to go across the street to the Walgreens Care Clinic. This place is a joke! Steer clear!

Went for a terrible sinus infection. Gave me a "prescription" for flonase and Stahist AD.. (both available without a prescription) Dont waste your time here. I did not have a sinus infection caused by a virus, rather bacteria. Had to go to another Dr. to get a prescription for antibiotics.

They have gotten a lot of bad reviews but they have changed who their receptionists is and she was super nice and helpful the doctor was very kind and helpful as well. I would recommend the little clinic to anyone. I had a great experience and they helped me a lot.

Agreed, that the front desk ladies is a horrible person to deal with, mean, and doesnt want to be working there, like every customer is a huge imposition to have to deal with. She needs to be replaced!! The Doctors are nice though.

Although we had to wait a while to be seen we were taken care of thoroughly. No second and third trips to a doc to get another prescription like in the past. We got exactly what we needed on the first trip.
