I have been going to a chiropractor for about 50 years. I started seeing Dr. Green about 25 years ago. I go once a month. I feel like he has kept me out of a wheelchair. In early JANUARY I got a sharp pain in my left leg and he thought it was a disk problem. An MRI of my left leg showed it to be normal. Next thing was an XRAY of my back did not show any thing wrong. All this time still in severe constant pain. In march got an MRI of my lower back. It showed 5 herniated disk. Surgery was about 30% results. Dr. Green start me on the DRX9000 decompression machine after about 15 treatments the pain started to get better. In mid may it was pretty much gone. Today I just have occasional numbness, but not all the time. I have always been a believer in Dr. Green and still think he is the best. Charlie Harrison

The actual service provied was ok. The billing deptartment has been a disaster. They told me that my insurance would cover their services and that my deductible was $500. It was all false. I then called to ask how much they charged for adjustments if I didnt have insurance and they told me $40 that is less than 1/2 of what they charge if they turn it into insurance. I asked that them to rebill at the cash rate since they LIED about my insurance and they would not. If you try to call their billing dept. you cant leave a message and when you leave a message at the front desk nobody calls you back. Be very careful with these people. I am even willing to pay fees and intrest for the cash rate but I cant get anyone to work with me. You may want to consider other options.

Totally horrible experience here. All Dr. Green is interested in is making money. Had a young Chiropractic in the office at the time who I literally thought was going to sever my spine. Could not adjust me, so he just kept trying. Told me i was having phantom pain". Incidentally, i am a Nurse Practitioner and know all about the pathophysiology of pain, i dont need some young buck telling me i am crazy after a drunk driver hit me and tore the lining of my brain of the side of my skull, so said the Mayo Clinic. In addition, the office STILL owes me about 200 dollars after my Lilly insurance paid, but they refused to give me the money back. They cant keep therapist because they wont pay their salary. Avoid this place like the plague it is. Total shame.

This place is a scam. Their billing department doesnt know what they are doing or they know what theyre doing and just want to rip you off. They take advantage of people in pain. Was told that I had to pay my deductible up front and then after that my payment was only 8 after a couple of 50 dollar payments. The 8 last a couple times then was told that I had a credit then the appointment after that was told that it was going to be $54. I cancelled my appointment then and asked if I had a balance and was told no everything was caught up. Today 2 months later I got a bill for 95! If having your back adjusted and constantly being asked to buy something is something you like use this place but I recommend you go somewhere else

After being told by 2 different neurosurgeons I required back surgery (spinal fusion) for a collapsed disk l5s1 I researched alternative treatments. I was skeptical about the spinal decompression I read about, but decided to call Dr. Green and give it a chance. I am very happy to report that after 4 weeks I am 80% better than I was, I didnt expect any better from surgery after what the surgeons told me. Hopefully after a few more I will be back to near 100% of who I was before my back pain became intolerable and affecting my daily life. I recommend anyone facing back surgery give this a try, Its working for me!!

I had a great experience! The employees are very nice and the adjustments Ive been receiving have helped dramatically! Im so glad I decided to come to this location. I can tell the doctors truly care about my treatment plan as they have been very thorough and have answered any questions or concerns I had initially. I would highly suggest coming here and seeing a Chiropractor. They have helped change my life!

The billing is absolutely terrible. One day you have credit another day you owe. Get a call saying insurance covers all but part of a visit when it was a normal visit just the same as all of them. I call and ask what its about. Billing says I had special treatment done. I went in for an adjustment just like all the other 12 times. Again the adjustment was fine. Dr was very nice.

When I first started in the summer going to Back to Health I was having mid back pain, sciatic nerve pain & planter fasciitis. Between Dr. Green and the massage therapist, Shannon, I have returned to being mainly pain free. I currently doing a once a month visit. The front desk is always friendly & timely. I definitely have referred and will refer others to Back to Health.

Complete scam, unprofessional staff. Doctor will exaggerate your injuries to bring you in more often, front desk will not be forthcoming with what you owe and then hand you a huge bill. Staff doing facials reeks like cigarette smoke and breathes over you the entire time. There are plenty of chiropractic clinics better than this one, dont waste your time.

Everything was great but the billing is absolutely awful. One day I owe the next Im getting a credit and then back to me owing. Billing says I owe them several months after the fact for small and suspicious charges in the middle of my treatment. Now they are sending me to collections. Think long and hard if you want this kind of bad customer service.

I have been going to a chiropractor since I was a teenager and Dr. Green is the best chiropractor I have seen. He is very thorough in his exam and suggests alternatives to care that other doctors did not do. His massage therapists are also excellent and they are great at focusing on the areas where my pain is greatest to alleviate my discomfort.

Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and really seems to care about each persons health. I have always felt much better right after any chiropractic adjustment I have received here. They work toward overall natural health without drugs or surgeries and even offer nutritional advice and vitamins. I really like the green drink super foods they sell.

I had a great experience with Dr. Green and his staff. I didnt have long to wait, and I was able to pinpoint my problem areas on their computer system so Dr. Green could get straight to work. Everything was quick and easy, and I felt so much better just after my first appointment. I definitely recommend Back to Health Chiropractic.

I have had bad headaches for a few months. My doctor only wanted to write me a prescription but I really didnt want to take anything. Went to Dr Green for help and after a few treatments and a massage and I feel a lot better. Decided to have a facial too. Microneedling with Libby and Chris My skin looks really good.
