Worst experience I have ever had at a vets office. I had taken my sick puppy there, only to find out he had parvo. Of course i was heartbroken, but still thinking everything would be ok I was trying to work out a payment plan with them. To which they told me I could not do, so as you can probably guess I was getting pretty nervous about my baby at this point. I then tell them that I will be leaving to take my animal elsewhere if they wont let me work out a plan to save his life. To which I am told that now that they know he has parvo that they can not let him leave legally; had i been thinking clearly I would have knocked some people over to get out of the building and save my dog. But instead I sat in the vet room with my baby and cried. I had to keep going to the front office to use there phone because I had forgotten my cell phone at home since I didnt think that is what that day would turn into. Needless to say my father was coming to go through this with me so I didnt have to do it alone. They kept com in in my room announced to see if I was ready yet?!?!?! Who is ever ready to put down a 5month old dog? Not me certainly, plus I was still by myself. So i once again walked to the front to call my father to see how long he would me. All this running back and forth to use their phone got my debit card stolen, and I can only assume it was someone who works there, who else has access to those rooms???? Anyways, NEVER EVER take your animal to this vet. At least not if you love your animal!!!!!!!!!

My animals LOVE going to the vet! My husband and I have 5 animals: 3 dogs and 2 cats. Both cats have heart issues that require medication; one is also an insulin dependent diabetic and the other has allergies that require medication and prescription food. One of my dogs also has allergies that require medication and as a puppy he had bilateral luxating patella - a condition that can require surgery. We were terrified of surgery but Dr. Roberts was very hopeful and suggested V.O.M. treatments. This treatment is similar to a chiropractic adjustment and is pain free. The treatments were affordable and best of all - they worked! My dog can walk, run and jump with zero problems. Its hard to not see this as a miracle! The doctors and staff at Allison Lane Animal Hospital are very kind, knowledgeable and obviously love animals. They are able to help me keep track of what all my animals are due for, and my animals receive the best care every time. We would never go anywhere else.

Wow... Brought in our newly adopted adult black lab for a once over and to schedule a dental due to some stinky breath. We new he had a slight limp when we took him home, so had them check that out. Come to find out hed been living with an old injury. A fractured hip at the growth plate. Poor guy had been living in horrific pain. The doctor was able to schedule the FHO surgery the next day. Come to find out it was the worst hip theyd ever seen and our poor little guy had 3 surgeons working on him. Very tricky surgery due to it being such an old injurty. It was thankfully a success. Amazing veterinarians and staff! We couldnt be happier. New to town and very much lucked out in ending up at Allison Lane Animal Hospital. Everything was explained very clearly, questions were answered, they were extremely thorough. Couldnt be happier with the care our new boy received. Thats an understatement. Thank you so, so, SO much!

After experiencing veterinarian care services both in Europe as well as in the United States I would say that Allison Lane Animal Hospital has been the best by far. I have had animals all my life and Dr. Roberts care impresses me the most. The personal care and service my animals have received from him is second to none. He makes them feel comfortable around him and he spends time with them insuring they feel loved and cared for. My last animal was a cat which I loved dearly and when she died of old age and extremely bad allergies, I almost died with her. After her loss Dr. Roberts and his staff continued their excellent service and sent my family a sympathy card signed by him, his wife and all the staff. I now have him taking care of the newest member of our family, our dog named Pistol. Thank you Alison Lane Hospital for your wonderful care, love and service. Bill Carrico Carrico Jewelers LLC

This is the worst vet ever. Stay away! They over vaccinated my dog. They constantly charge more than what they quote, and refuse to adjust the bill. Each office staff member has no idea what is going on. They cant explain the charges, and will lie through their teeth about previous quotes provided. The office manager told me that dogs are covered under HIPAA laws (UMM....HIPAA LAws are for humans!) and could not discuss my dogs account with me because only my husband was listed on the account. Funny thing is that I was able to pick up and pay for my dog only a month before?!?! I had to demand that she review previous paperwork, to which she discovered that I was actually listed on the account. Office manager also told me that by leaving my dog with them for boarding, I am authorizing them to perform any and all medical treatments that they decide are needed, without further consent.

Dr. Jim Roberts has cared for our dog Andrew for many years and although Andrew had a really tough road this last year he really helped him(and me) come back to his normal self more than once...we thought it was the end so so many times! The team at Allison Lane always knew us by name and were always so kind to my sweet Andrew and helpful in every way when I called for a last minute emergency. We lost Andrew this past week and I received the most kind sympathy card from Dr. Roberts with all of the staffs signatures due to my husband and I had so much guilt which I think we all do when we have to make those kinds of decisions. Thank you for caring so much and realizing how important your reassurance was to me! Hope to be back again when we decide on the right time for our next furry family member to join us. Dr. Brown at the Allison Lane Animal Hospital is absolutely phenomenal. She always treats my pups as if they were her own. She gives them tons of love (and snacks!) while examining them and makes sure theyre as comfortable as possible. My pups actually enjoy going to the vet and love Dr. Brown! Not to mention that I rarely have to wait more than 5 min and am in and out in no time! Dr. Brown is always eager to answer any questions and always remembers the questions Ive asked before and follows up with me. The entire staff is always kind and friendly and also shows tons of love to my pups. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I would recommend Allison Lane Animal Hospital and Dr. Brown to all of my friends and family and any one else who has fur baby that they want the most excellent care for!
