It was my dogs first 3 days stay at the PAH and it will be the LAST ONE. When I arrived to pick him up, I have to go to the back of the building myself to get him. In 3 days none of the staff members was able to create rapport with him. Sparks, my dog was all scared at one of the corners of his crate. The worse thing was I could see that he has not been taken out at all in 3 days and the crate was soiled with urine and poop all over. My dog stank horrible. I have to get him inside my car all wet on urine. Needless to say I bathed him as soon we got home. If they can not handle all type of dogs they should not be doing that type of business. I am glad I did not allowed them to neuter Sparks as they were expecting me to do it. Terrible experience.

Nora, I strongly agree,you have confused The Animal Clinic in Plainfield @ 2324 E. Main with Plainfield Animal Hospital,Dr.R.Butler - Dr. Butler has been our family vet for 25 years, he has taken care of 4 cats and 3 dogs, the 4 cats lived to be 14,15, & 16, 1 dog lived to 15 years old and he is currently taking care of our 18 year old Border Collie and 4 year old Austrailn Shepard. We have boarded all our Pets with Dr.Butler thru the years, they have been taken care of with lots of LOVE and RESCEPT, in fact my husband just picked up or 2 Dogs, they were together in a large carte, had a spa day, their shots, and excisered daily. Dr. Butler is the only Vet I trust to Board my "babies"

Sorry Nora..you are disrespecting the wrong vet...this Dr. Butler has NO STAFF but him, you are referring to The Animal Clinic in Plainfield @ 2324 E. Main...This vet does not board except for emergency care...nor does anyone go back to the kennels but him...he has been my vet for 15 years. You are slandering a good man....please fix your mistake...

I had my Sammie for 5 years and Dr Butler was the most caring vet I have ever met. He boarded my dog and he came home cleaner than I sent him. I believe the person talking about PAH is mistaken, Dr Butler does not have any staff and if he did they would be a mirror of him! He is professional, patient a fan excellent vet!

Very competent, caring vets. Thorough knowledge and understanding of pathophysiology, evidence based medicine. Highly recommend
