Not in the service for your pet... Folks just to let all know that if you want your pet looked at and treated you better have up front Cash.. we called all around this morning for our pet who is having liver problems. We spoke with the office staff and they informed us that we will have to pay the full amount for treatment. Like many of us in good standing paying are bills, coming up with hundreds of dollars up front just isnt possible. The only alternative we found is at Banfield at pet smart. They will let you pay half up front and get this... The remainder will be sent to the collection agency. They tell you up front. But, at least you can get your pet fixed!!! Going to collections??? It seems to me all Vets in our area care more for the Money instead of the well being of our pets. Very upsetting news when a member of your family is ill. They should be ashamed of their morals. Maybe find another profession where loved ones are not involved! -20 on a scale of 1 to 10!!!

The desk staff are friendly and greet me by name. Their prices are very reasonable; compare them to other vets. Both the vets and the vet assistants have a caring bedside manner with me and my pets. Most importantly, my pets get excellent care. When I brought in my severely underweight cat for a second opinion (a different practice in Murfreesboro that I had been going to told me she was just old) Dr. Richey immediately had a theory, tested her, and correctly diagnosed her. My cat is now on medication and is gaining weight - I believe she is alive today because of Dr. Richey. They also treat my 2 dogs who have chronic medical issues. I recommend them very highly.

Bueno yo llevé a mi perrita a q le hicieran un chequeo, pero resulto q tenia temperatura y nauseas, yo la notaba muy cansada y del estomago y axilas estaba caliente y crei q era normal, pero la doctora le dio medicina y rn una semana volvio hacet la misma d siempre, muchas gracias estoy muy contenta y agradecida con ustedes

I dont recommend this vet. This vet over charges you, never explains the charges that he bills you for and doesnt care about peoples pets. I have a sick puppy that this vet doesnt care to figure out what the problem is. He continues to treat her with medication and told me I would just have to start coming in every couple of months to get my dog tested and then would put my dog on more medication. I have recently switched vets and didnt realize until i left what i was missing out on. My new vet is very helpful and explains everything.

This place was great for my little timid dog Roxie. I did not have to wait they took me right back. Diagnosed little Roxie and my bill was so reasonable. I was shocked I have went to other vets and been hit with big bills for almost nothing. While I checked out they held her for me and the tech was so sweet. My dogs are like my children and I am confident in this facility. Thanks for the advice and tips and great service and low bill made a not so good day better.

This clinic totally took advantage of my friend who took in a feral cat. They had to euthanize the cat and still charged almost $500. I understand you cant do business for free but come on when someone is trying to be a Good Samaritan and this is how you treat them? They will never get my business! My animals have had surgeries that didnt cost that!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I will never in my life as long as I am alive will go back to that place again. Over charge me for everything. And messed up my dogs ears. Than they dont wanna fix it. They tell me Im sorry you feel that way sir? Wtf?? I payed for something I wanted what I payed for. I wasted over 600 dollars at that vet. I thought yall are trained for that????

Love this place! My cat Sherbet got in an accident and suffered 3rd degree burns to one of his paws. With the help of the veterinarians and staff here, he was treated and received excellent care. He is now feeling much better and running around and playing with his sisters. I highly recommend this place!

Went in for a simple nail trim and they DELIBERATELY cut my dogs quick 4 TIMES!!! They had to have 2 people hold him while the other guy cut. Never going back because my dog wouldnt come near me for the rest of the day after that visit.

The doctors are all very efficient and give really good tips for training, especially with puppies! I brought my puppy and he had a very good visit with lots of treats. The staff there is extremely informative and kind.

I 100% recommend this vet. I took my cat here to get spayed for a reasonable price and they treated my cat with amazing care. The staff there are amazing.
