I love Dr Hornbrook and will stay with her until I cant any longer, but I just had a very bad experience with the secretarial staff for the first time in years. I accidentally dropped my phone in the waiting room not realizing it until I had gotten out to my car after the appointment. Went back in and the receptionist said she "accidentally" reset it while she was trying to find out who it belonged to. I find that VERY hard to believe. Not only did I loose all of my pictures of my children that were on this phone but I also have lost a lot of trust for this office and its staff and will no longer go here because of this. I do not think this is good ethics for a business that expects its patients to have full faith and trust in their practice that they are being taken care of...

The front desk woman was rude to me. I was only 15 mins late because I had a flat tire. She asked," Do you know you are 15 mins late?" with an attitude. Yeah, I know I am late. The wait after I had my vitals checked was almost an hour. All I had was a month follow up for taking a muscle relaxer. I heard the lady in the next room open the door and say, "Is the doctor coming to my room soon?" And I heard someone else say to the doctor, "Technically this lady is next (Im guessing she was talking about me) but this other lady opened her door looking for you." Such bullshit.

Dr. Peterson is really a great doctor! Knowledgeable, personable, compassionate. He is a great listener! The staff is professional and courteous. Highly recommended !
