Worst dermatologist office EVER. Trying to get a prescription refilled from this office is ridiculous. I have been on one prescription they gave me for three years. It works. I love the results BUT every time I need it renewed they want me to come in. I make an appointment, wait a month (for not even the real dermatologist) then the person Im seeing looks at me for two seconds, writes the prescription refill, and charges me two hundred dollars. Also, the receptionists are HORRIBLE. I actually feel like they might be trying to be unhelpful and they are complete clueless to even the simplest question. Literally all they can do is make appointments.
