DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! OR MONEY HERE!!! I needed to get in to see a dermatologist right away and called around to a few other places. I was able to get an appointment with in a few days at the Skin Specialists downtown location. I went in for my appointment early cause it was my first visit. Got all the paper work done, got into the exam room Dr. Alvin Zelickson came into the room even before I could sit down he barely looked at me wrote me a prescription and left the room all with in 60 seconds. He DID NOT listen to my concerns, didnt care about my issue and acted like I was a bother!! Well I had to get in the a second dermatologist because I knew that what he prescribed me was incorrect. Just like I thought he prescribed me something completely different than what I needed!!! Again my concerns were not addressed and basically not even listened to. Its no wonder I was able to get an appointment with in a few days while others said a couple of weeks! I cant stand doctors like Alvin Zelickson!!

Dr Al Zalickson is HORRIBLE!!! I have very itchy skin dermatitis (self diagnosed no thanks to him). He did not even look at my skin and as soon as he sat down prescribed me cortison and allergy meds. He offered no advice. The only reason my visit was even ten minutes long is because I continued to ask questions. When I asked if there was anything I could do to help heal my skin he said, patronising, "what do you mean, youre beautiful". wtf?!?! Then I asked him to look at the hives on my legs so pulled up my pants. He said, "yes it looks red" and then immediatly started asking about my shoes and what brand they were. I went there to fix my skin, not get compliments on my looks and exchange foot fashion. Dont waste your time by going here. No wonder this was the only place I could get into with less than a weeks notice....

This place is awful. They charged me $1000 for a mole removal and that they used am exacto knife for. It left a scar (still have it two years later), took months to heal, and my removal site stayed numb for a week. Not only was the procedure but the billing team and front desk are the worst Ive ever dealt with. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but would have had to hire a lawyer. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this place. Update: To skin specialists. Calling to apologize for the rude letter you sent me last week does not excuse your horrible behavior that I have been dealing with the last year. I still fully stand by my review.

Unfortunately, every visit I have leaves me feeling more than agitated with the rude desk girls. Each time I have given them the benefit of the doubt, and brushed it off while continuing to give my business - After my last visit with more than rude, and extremely impatient comments made to me, followed by a room full of guests waiting and the 2 office girls continued to sit and complain with each other about their annoyances with customers. Extremely unprofessional as well as unfriendly. I will not be returning or recommending.

I wouldnt waste your time here... I called at 3:45 to change my appointment time, but of course they closed at 3:30. I left a message and when I heard no response in 24 hours, called the office again. The lady on the phone told me "people dont usually leave messages because we dont check them here." Well that would have been nice to know! They next available appointment was 2 months later. I just cancelled, called another dermatologist (with better reviews) and got in next week.

First time to a dermatologist and went very well. Had a little anxiety before going, but Dr. Rudolph was awesome, made me feel very comfortable and was in and out in no time. The whole staff was very pleasant and hospitable.($25 copay was all it cost me, feel very fortunate) Thank you very much, William Coates

Prescribed me something that made my skin worse...now I have an even bigger problem than ever, one that Ive never had before. Positively crying over it.
