One of the worst dermatology treatment / service I ever received. I went to this practice to get some prescription cream/ treatment for ringworm in my forearm. The provider/ physician assistant performed a biopsy (for an obvious ringworm mark) and after a week (did not even call me back with the test results) informed me that it was just eczema (suggested that I use Aveeno). Very incompetent, terrible customer service. Today, I am left with a bill for $503.02 & a permanent scar on my arm. Please search and review carefully before you go to this practice. I wish I had done my homework !

Ive been a patient of Dr. Carney on and off for over 10 years. I think hes a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients as individuals. I also appreciate Dr. Carneys willingness to work with me to manage my problem. Hes knowledgeable about current therapies and is open to new ideas. Together we came up with a solution that worked for me.

We visited the crystal office in December. The pathology results came in a couple of weeks later and a one of the nurses called us. Since we were out of town at that time, we tried to reach them after coming back. However, we always reach the machine and never get a call back from the nurses. Its the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
