This review is entirely based upon the billing department and not about the care I received. The care was efficient and my problem was solved the first time that I was seen. However, be forewarned if you are moving that they will NOT call you to inform you that you have a balance due. Also, if you call the billing office, it most often goes straight to voicemail and they never returned my calls until it was already turned over. Make sure you have a forwarding address! If you do not respond, they have no minimum amount when sending it to a collection agency, who will append fees. Even if your balance is as little as $50, they have no problem sending it there and they absolutely refuse to work with you to resolve it by paying the actual balance due. They will only approve the balance due with all the fees added before transfer to the collection agency. If you have trouble with paying bills on time or are changing addresses often, then be forewarned that they will not work with you at all whatsoever, no matter how small the balance is. I will not return, no matter how good the care was by the nurse and doctor I saw, simply because the billing department is unsympathetic and disorganized.

I contacted Swann Dermatology to get a cyst removed from my throat that had been there for 2 years. The front office specialist listened to my needs and concerns and spoke with Nathan right away about setting me up an appointment. They were quick to get me in for a consultation and assure me if they couldnt remove it they would recommend a Doctor who could. Nathan was able to do the procedure in office, the next day, which was a relief. It was quick and surprisingly PAINLESS! I was terrified it was going to be painful due to the location. Nathan Wormington PA-C, his nurse, as well as the front office staff are absolutely amazing! They talk you through each step and they are able to answer all of your questions. Im so thankful for this office. I had been dealing with this cyst and the "what ifs" regarding it for 2 years now without answers or removal. You couldnt ask for a better staff to take care of you and actually listen and address your concerns. I just wish I would have found them sooner. They deserve more than 5 stars.

My Botox treatment was quick and really not painful at all. It was like getting a shot in the arm when the doctor tells me Im going to feel a "quick stick." Its well worth it because Ive had no side effects and already seeing a difference the next day. Jasmine is the RN who did my treatment and consultation. She is so outgoing and full of knowledge about it. She would frequently ask if I had questions and she explained things in-depth, relating her own personal experiences as well as her friends and other patients she knows. This helped me a great deal. Im going back for two other types of services this month because Im very pleased with this first one and I feel comfortable and trusting of Swann Dermatology. Very professional, clinic setting, yet warm and inviting. Price wasnt bad at all. Very reasonable.

I was trying to find a dermatologist and was told that I would have to wait 8 months or more to get in to see someone at other offices. I called Swann Dermatology and the receptionist was so friendly. They ended up getting me an appointment in a little over 2 weeks, even though I was a new patient! I was so relieved. When I had my visit the staff was so friendly. The doctor that I saw was really kind and answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a way that put my mind at ease about the concerns that I was having. I really appreciate them seeing me so quickly, because when you are concerned that you might have skin cancer waiting 8 months or more is way too long!

Have had 3 procedures done within the past several months, and am glad to report that all have very good endings. Dr. Swann and his staff are great, knowledgeable and caring. What makes his practice, in my opinion, a good experience, is that he has his surgical office in Springfield and on office in Hollister that is staffed as well, but none of the surgical procedures, but for consultation and suture removals and checkups. This branch office is great in that it saves those of us that live in the Branson/Hollister and outlying areas driving to Springfield for suture removal or checkups. Thanks again. Bobby

Excellent. I did not have to wait too long to be seen; the nurse was very friendly, bright, engaging and informative-- great energy. She answered all my questions and spoke to my concerns. Dr. Swann joined us minutes later and he too, was very impressive in that he was personable, intelligent and made me feel very comfortable by his communication style, confirmed and further explained my condition and addressed concerns. He set my mind at ease and I have confidence in he and his staff. All very professional. A+ / *****

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. As a woman in my 50s, I want to take good care of my skin and improve what I can. Swanns office guided me through suggestions and they were up front with me about what could be done to look natural. The girls in the office are always pleasant and I feel comfortable with them. Ive had several procedures done and I am always very happy! I will definitely return!

Dr. Swann is great! Even though he is handsome, he is down to earth and kind. Men who look like him are usually jerks. His assistants are very friendly and knowledgeable (Jasmine and the lady who assisted him during my procedure) Im pleased with my services! I had voluma and Botox. I look pretty good.
