I have been to 3 other veterinarian offices and have been disappointed by the way they treated my cat. When I first came to Caring Hearts here in Wichita, I had my doubts but Dr. Gerri Fraizer did a wonderful job with my cat. She paid attention to my concerns, she did what was needed to be done to find and help the problem. But during a different visit, when they took blood from my other cat, she had to be taken in back to be prepped so they could take blood from her neck, she was so scared and I could hear her cries from where they took her in the back, which made my heart sink, when they brought my baby back she was shaking and terrified. I wish they had figured out an easier method to of gotten blood from her. That experience was done by a different veterinarian that worked there at the time though. However, I will consider taking my babies back to Dr. Fraizer, she did a good job handling my cats.

Be prepared to wait!. Just left Caring Hearts after waiting an entire HOUR after my appointment. They hadnt even got me into a room yet and didnt take any notice when I left. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait that long to be seen? Im sure if I would have waited another hour or so I may have got into a room but I just dont have that kind of time. Looks like I will be going back to Arapahoe where, despite the fact that they are walk-in only, they have NEVER made me wait that long. The doctor at caring hearts is very kind and sweet....if you get to see her. They really need to work on the appointment scheduling. I understand they have only one doctor but if that is the case they need to schedule less appointments. I had this appointment for a week and had to take off work early for it.

I have been going to Caring Hearts since she opened. Dr Pottoroff owned that building and I had my pets treated by him when he was there so I stayed with them. I was sad to see Dr Pottoroff retire but have been well pleased at the care my dogs have received both vet wise and boarding for my Boxer who has passed and my 9 yr old Beagle that is still with me. I have a new pup (English Bulldog and half Boxer) who will be going there for puppy shots in 2 weeks. I love it that Dr Geri takes her own emergencies till midnight. That is a rare thing with vets. She has always showed care and compassion to my animals and even when I am just boarding she comes out sometimes to say hi and asks how things are going.

I had a very bad experience with another vet office so I was very skeptical about taking my dog to any vet office and I could not find one that I liked. A family friend recommended Caring Hearts and she said that they were kind and very understanding and good with the animals and people. I went there and I was not disappointed! The staff were all very nice to my dog and I and they were very patient with him and they answered any and all questions I had. Their prices are very low and your wait time is not very long. I love this vet office, the staff and the doctors and I will definitely being going back to them for a very long time! :)

I took my cat there due to some gum issues. The doctor (Jean, spelling?) saw him and was very sweet and loving. She did not recommend me to purchase anything, she gave me a home remedy to use. She also asked a lot of questions to get a good idea about what was going on. I asked some unrelated questions to in general and she wasnt rushed or annoyed by any of that. This is a good place, Ive only had one visit but everything went really well. The staff was friendly as well. They dont really inform you of wait times or whats going on when you are waiting which is kind of annoying but, whatever lol.

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to see the vet even though I had an appointment. There was no apology for the wait. Several days later I received a phone call because they had forgotten to charge me for a $12 nail trim. They demanded that I give my credit card number over the phone or come in that day to pay. For their mistake! Again, no apology for the inconvenience. The office manager, or whatever she is, is always extremely rude. I will not be returning to Caring Hearts and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Simply the Best ! from the personable receptionist on down to the highest quality staff. Ive been taking my dogs here for the past 10 years. You can see its not just a job to them. They treat my dogs as if they were their own. They answer all my questions and explain things fully. Love the fact that they take emergency calls after hours. I know when I have to board my dogs, I can leave them with peace of mind. They really put the "CARE" in Caring Hearts Vet Clinic.

Dr. Fraizer is kind and sweet and loving to the animals. She gives great advice and tips and tries to save us money. We have four cats, and each one has came to her. Unfortunately we moved and are an hour away, but after some bad run-ins with vets in our current town, we have decided to make the drive back to her with our pets. You wont be disappointed with her, and when you find a good vet that you trust and your pets are good with, DONT LEAVE THEM.

We have taken our 2 dogs to Caring Hearts since we moved here 2.5 years ago. The clinic literally saved our young labs life and she is clearly loved by all of the staff there. Dr. Frazier loves what she does and treats her patients accordingly, additionally CH has the most competitive rates. I will be moving soon, and I know I will miss the care that they have provided my animals.

Yes you will have to wait and it may seem like forever, but when you get to see the Doctor, youre not rushed out.. your questions are answered your pets are loved and youre not pushed into buying expensive items that you cant afford and are not really interested in. So be prepared to wait, its worth it in the end! I have been going here for about 10 years or more.

They helped us sooo much around mothers day when we lost our dog to parvo they gave me all the info i needed to take my angel home & care for him and also how to sanitize our home... We are definitely going to make them our family now that we have decided to open our hearts and home up to some new fully vaccinated and healthy little ones.
