I had doctor Feuille for my first daughter and he was amazing! This was about 7 years ago and at that time the staff were all very nice. However, recently I called to make an appointment for my current pregnancy. I was very excited to be going back to see Dr. Feuille! They had their billing person (Mary) call me regarding an insurance issue. Instead of explaining in a professional manner that I needed to notify my primary insurance about my new secondary insurance (that I only had for 2 days), she ripped me a new one stating that I was committing insurance fraud and was talking down to me like I was a criminal. I had absolutely NO idea that I needed to do this and she completely tore me down and made it to where I wouldnt even feel comfortable returning to this office.

The doctor was very good in the info and support but it is impossible to handle the rude staff in the front desk , who for a pregnant woman causes a lot of stress . The tone and arrogance they speak and the not ending questions all the time.

I have been with Wichita OB/GYN for 6yrs. Ive never had a negative experience. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. In my opinion, they have the best OBGYN doctors in the Wichita area. :)
