The first time I called the staff was really nice, but the second time I called the staff was really rude for no reason. I really wanted to use this doctor because they are the only one bear my house. However, I dont think I will be using this doctor. I would rather travel 45 minutes to another doctor to be treated with respect. I do no feel that it is appropriate for staff to treat customers rudly just because they know they are the only obgyn in the area. Customer service is important and I refuse to have my baby delivered by a doctor with rude staff.

I saw this doctor 2 years ago and since I was reviewing other doctors decided to include him to help others make an informed decision. I saw this doctor the first time and he was great, the staff seemed a little annoyed every time I asked a question, but Dr. Villarreal was so nice! Little did I know that was an act. The 3 times I went after that he was rushed and I barely saw him. They got my bloodwork mixed up and kept losing paperwork constantly. I didnt feel like he ever listened and I am so glad I switched OBs for that pregnancy!
