When my dentist I had for 36+ years wasnt practicing anymore I decided to go to Aspen because a friend of mine became a dentist. Weve been going to Aspen a few years now. This week I went for my 6mo cleaning. While sitting in waiting room to long & noticed they called back two people that came in after me after I had been sitting 15 minutes.....made me a little irritated. While still sitting there I noticed my dentist name was not on the board. I almost got up & ask about him & I would have but had already paid for my visit. (No insurance) Ok the girl that did my x-rays was very nice. I ask her about my dentist & she stated he was no longer there & no body knew where he went. The hygienist was very nice however during my cleaning someone kept coming in & ask her questions...happened several times. I worked 32 yrs in the medical field. I think when someone is with a patient that those questions can wait. I felt to many people walking in & out of my area was not very thoughtful or professional to me as a patient. The dentist came in whos personality is just the opposite of my dentist friend. He looked in my mouth maybe 1-2 minutes & then was gone. 0 personality. No comments on my teeth. I also think Aspen charges to much for their services & should give people a break who pay with cash. You ask so theres my response.

The people working were very friendly and upbeat, special compliments to the x-ray technician. I will probably return to have the work done due to the cost. However, the entire experience was so frustrating to the point of my stating I was leaving. I arrived very early for my appointment and was pleased the x-ray technician started almost immediately. Then was led to a room that was excessively cold - not just chilly, but COLD and waited a very long time for the hygienist. She advised me of what she recommended, and a sales pitch to purchase a specific toothbrush. Then I was left to wait an even longer time for the dentist, who gave me a totally different opinion of treatment. When told to wait again there for the office manager to bring up an estimate I refused to stay in the freezer space and went to the waiting room. When I had been there a total of 2 HOURS, most of the time waiting for the next step, I finally was fed up and told the receptionist I was leaving, they could call with the estimate. Amazingly, the office manager became immediately available. My time is also valuable. This office needs an efficient process to prevent patients from spending an entire day in their office. Not at all a pleasant first experience. I am still debating about attempting to use this office again.

I called around everywhere in Bowling Green just so I could get in somewhere to get my teeth fixed before the holidays. Finally came across Aspen that accepted my insurance and got me in pretty quick. Little did they tell me that the first appointment was only for X-rays and an exam to see what needed to be done. I got there early and didnt take much time at all they started my X-rays but after they took me to the back I waited for over half an hour and no one came and checked on me or told me how long it would be. When the doctor did come in he checked me out told me what was what and said the office manager will go over the rest and schedule my next appointment. That took another 20 minutes of waiting for her to come get me. All of the waiting and lack of information got me pretty fired up but I am thankful they are getting me in before the holidays to take care of everything so I can enjoy food again! Ill be sure to post again and let you know how the actual appointment goes!

Yesterday was my first time going to Aspen dental and I had a very pleasant experience. I simply couldnt afford to keep going to my previous dentist so my sister referred me to Aspen. They currently offer free xrays and exams for new patients without insurance. I greatly appreciated the very thorough exam by the dentist who came up with a game plan to get my teeth in better shape. While i was there i got a cleaning plus flouride which felt like it only took 15 minutes--great for me bc it didnt take up my whole morning. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like Id been going there for years. Also i very much appreciated the breakdown in the cost of services so I could decide what I could afford to do that day and go ahead and make future appointments for other services Id probably need to save for. So there were no surprises! Thank you

The Staff are very friendly and understanding the Dr was honest and effiecient and answered all my questions and explained anything I wanted to know. The consultant was amazing she took her time with me as I asked her questions and different scenerios. The only thing that I had a problem with was the time. My appointment was as 7:15 and I didnt go back until 8 and after speaking to everyone I need to it was 10:30. With that being said at first I was angry but after everyone took their time with me and answering all my questions without trying to rush me out of there I felt so much better about the whole thing, therefore I recommend Aspen dental for anyone wanting the care and understanding that I do.

Just had three teeth removed and it was a great experience, Ive had no issues and it wasnt painful at all. Not even "a lot of pressure" as Id heard. I went to Dr Stahl. The only negative I would say is that after my first visit(X-rays and consult) I was taken into the room and given a bill of $2200 for all the things they PLANNED to do and were wanting me to run my credit card in advance for the treatment. When I made it clear that I was not going to do that before each treatment was done , they said I could pay for the visits as they happen instead of up front. Definitely felt like they just have a sales quota to fulfil. But I will return because of how comfortable the dentist made me feel.

I am very pleased with Aspen Dental, the entire staff has been nothing but nice, and the price quoted was less than it was quoted elsewhere. Dr. Stahl proved to me that he is a very caring individual. He knew that I was a nervous wreck and did all he could to help make the extraction of 11 teeth plus the placement of a full lower plate as painless as possible. I know that he had my best interest and my health at heart! I know that I will be a patient there for many years to come and would recommend him and the entire Aspen Dental Staff to all of my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Stahl for giving me my smile back!

They are all Very Friendly and they make you feel Comfortable being there knowing that you as a person who wants to be able to be Proud to Smile. The Dentist understood that I needed the Strongest Kind of material and made a note for them to make it a little bit thicker. I appreciated that. But I didnt like the way the first step had to be repeated, so that delayed me getting them, and Ive already made a payment for Dentures I dont have yet. So Im just wanting to get them asap!
