I have been to multiple Dentists in the last decade and TP Dental is the best one Ive ever been to. Everyone employed there is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always answer all of my questions thoroughly without making me feel silly for asking. Dr. Kwon always listens to my concerns with patience and never makes it feel like hes rushing through my appointment. The cleanings are very thorough and they measure how healthy your gums are so they can track any potential problems and address them right away if necessary. Ive never seen a dentist office record my gum health so methodically before. Last I was in I came in with a chipped front tooth. It was chipped on the side in a hard to access location. I figured that the tooth would just be smoothed out on the side but he did a filling instead and filled my tooth out again while also making sure to take care of any decay in the area. He also went to the trouble to take care of a food trap that would have caused more decay. He matched the color of my teeth perfectly and no one will know that I have a filling there unless I tell them. Dr. Kwon also listened to me when I said that I was in pain and gave me more numbing before continuing with the procedure. Dentists in the past have always told me its normal to feel a little bit of something, but he made sure I didnt feel anything at all. Overall while I was unsure and insecure during the entire procedure due to my own anxieties, the staff were always wonderful with me and the final product turned out excellent. I also received a follow up call the same day to check in and see how I was doing. This place sets a new standard for attentiveness and quality.

I am/have been extremely pleased with the excellent dental care and customer services provided by Dr. Kwon and his team of caring and professional staff! I, as the President and CEO of a health care company that provides medical care for over 60,000 patients and operates five dental clinics of its own, say this because this team provides the high quality services that I expect of my staff for the patients we serve. We moved to Indy @ four years ago and our family selected Dr. Kwon as our dentist because we lived near his office and he accepted our insurance plan and I must say, we hit the jackpot!!! Dr. Kwon and his team accepted us as patients and, it was only after several visits, that he and staff even knew my actual line of work. However, during this period, we received exceptional and personable care and that same level of care has continued to this very day! We, like all his patients, feel very special when he calls us at home in the evenings to check how were doing following a procedure there in the office. I have had the gamut of preventive and restorative dental care - crowns, a bridge, cleanings and extractions from Dr. Kwon and he is one of the best dentists I ever have had over the years. Simply stated, Dr. Kwon is personable, professional, provides high quality care and expects nothing less from his staff. Great office, state of the art equipment and, more importantly, superb staff that provides excellent customer/patient services!!

I hadnt been to see Dr. Kwon and his team in a few years and it was just as great as it always was! I genuinely enjoy my time at this place. Without listing every attribute I will just say I was raised in the medical field around doctors and dentists, and Dr. Kwon is absolutely top notch! Hes personable and attentive and the recognitions all over the walls in the waiting room are well deserved. Im always seen on time and today was no exception. The flat screen TV on the ceiling during cleaning was unnecessary as the conversation with Chandra was engaging. She is a sweetheart and also good at translating what people say through their throat while their mouths are open! She also pointed out the couple things about my teeth that the doctor came in and confirmed so she is obviously good and what she does. I opted not to use any gum numbing agent and felt zero discomfort with the plaque scraping. I would drive a considerable distance if I ever moved before I would ever switch dentists! Thanks for the service and the quality teeth report I got today! Oh, and Ill add that the only filling Ive ever had was done here 5 years ago and is holding up perfect. That experience was as "pleasant" as it could have been. Glad I dont need anymore though after my long hiatus! That said, Ill be back in August. Andrew K.

So first of all, Im absolutely terrified of the dentist. Every aspect of it, but Mr. Kwon and his team made me feel as comfortable as possible. I never been so calm at the dentist. Now I have been having issues with my wisdom teeth for over a year now, and the last dentist I went to was in the my mouth for less than a minute and then handed me my papers showing me the cost without any explanation. Mr Kwon took his time and then when he was done he sat down and he explained to me what all the issues were, along with showing me pictures of everything he was talking about. Now today I went in to get one of them pulled and I was shaking I was so nervous! But once again, Mr Kwon and his team made me relaxed and I felt at ease. He went to work and was done before I even had time to figure out what was going on! The best part of it all is that hes AFFORDABLE. They were willing to work with me on my budget and even offered to set up a payment plan. What was originally going to cost me almost $600 per tooth with my last dentist only cost me $250 so far for my bottom right tooth. This place is the greatest and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!

I had my LONG overdue appointment yesterday. Im just NOT a go to the dentist fan. I LOVE Dr. Kwon and his crew though, Ive been going for about 4 years now and I have always had a pleasant experience, especially when I have needed work done (fillings, needles in my mouth which I despise). They are always so friendly and personable, they make you feel relaxed and like a guest in their home...I never feel like Im just going to the dentist. The conversation is always like Im talking to a friend, which I think is just AWESOME! Hannah, was a delight yesterday..we had a good time while she was doing her job, Dr. Kwon knows Im not there like I should be, he NEVER gets on me about it, but I ALWAYS appreciate his honesty when he examines me! The quality of service is unlike any that I have experienced at a dental office, from the time I see Martina when I come in, to the time I leave...its always a pleasurable experience. Also, when you have work done, Dr. Kwon personally calls you to check on you, Ive NEVER experienced that before. Sometimes its the little things that mean so much! Thank you for helping me take good care of my teeth!
