Sorry I could not give you pain medication without treating you Mr. Sanders. We squeezed you in to an already busy schedule for an emergency extraction the same day that you called so we could get you out of pain. As I stated at the office, because there are so many drug addicts now, they have made us stop giving out pain medication unless we perform treatment on a patient that requires it. Since you would not let me take the tooth out I could not give you any pain medication. I could loose my license to subscribe medications by doing so. We offered to get you in with an oral surgeon who could perform I.V. sedation, and were in the process of getting that set up when you blew up with a profanity filled rant at my staff because you did not want to pay for the x-ray that we took. I had young children in the waiting room that had to listen to your vulgarity. You would have had the tooth out by now if you hadnt left before they set up the referral. No one called you a drug addict or made fun of you for not having insurance. Half of my patients dont have insurance. I wont be commenting on anything else you say. I just needed to state the actual facts as they occurred and can be validated by a room full of patients and my staff.

I am from out of town and my crown came off Sunday evening. I looked on my phone for closest dentist. There were 2 listed and I left a message with both. Their office was the first to respond to my message Monday morning. They worked me right in and my crown was put back in. Dr. Smiths office staff were very professional and courteous. Thank you Dr. Smith for your service in getting me in and helping me......

Was hoping to get some help,for,absesss tooth after waiting an hour this ass who call,himself an dentist had an attitude called me a drug addict for ask n for some,pain med made fun of me for having fear of,needels I wouldnt take a,snake,there unless it was ready to strike floors where filthy people rude the worst

I have been going to Dr. Wilson for 10+ years and have been extremely satisfied. They work hard to keep you on time and I like that I could get a crown done in one sitting (no temp crowns). The staff is very courteous and overall it is a great place to get your smile back.
