Tried to confirm that my pharmacy called them about a NON NOARCOTIC refill on a Saturday. Dr J answered and after I inquired about the pharmacy calling, he asked me to hold. He never came back and when I tried calling again 10 minutes later,nobody would answer and the machine said "the person you are looking for is not available". The clinic is going downhill. Dr J never listens to you and talks over you as if he knows everything!!

Overall staff there is very friendly & easy to work with when it comes to scheduling appointments, lab work, refills etc...but their answering service is something less than desirable to deal with! Instead a saying "were closed, or we havent opened yet", they answer the phone & before you finish your sentence theyve already hung up on you! Real classy!

They act they they dont care, not informed and never answer the phone. Very unprofessional business ethics. It upsets me that i try to do better for my life and cant get any help, whats the point i suppose.

Dr. Alur is a very professional and respectful physician. Dr. Jay is arrogant. Wont listen to the patient problems.self absorbed.
