The wait to see the nurse here was not bad compared to other places I have been to, I only had to wait for about a half hour. However, when I was brought back into the room after the nurse left I waiting in the room for over an hour for the nurse practitioner to show up. I felt as if she was not listening to me when I was telling her what was wrong with me. I came in because of a fever, bad cough, and headache. When she asked me if I had a sore throat I told her no and then she asked me if I wanted to do a strep test. When I told her no, because my throat did not hurt, she said oh, I thought you said it did. She also thought I could have an ear infection, even though I told her my ears had been feeling perfectly fine. She had the medical assistant come in and do a flu test on me, and flush the ear wax out of my ears, which proved to be completely unnecessary and painful. I dont know if the medical assistant just did not know what she was doing or what because at first it felt fine then it was incredibly painful because she was poking my eardrum. After she left and the nurse practitioner finally came back, she looked in my ears and they were fine. I was incredibly frustrated because I knew my ears were fine and they did this painful earwax flushing for nothing. Afterwards she told me I just had an upper respiratory infection which is what I had thought in the first place. I get that she wanted to cover her bases, but the ear flushing was painful and unnecessary.

I went in on Thursday night with a deep cut on the bottom of my foot. I didnt know what to expect but wanted to avoid the ER. I checked in just a few minutes before MedExpress closed for the night and was taken back in a wheelchair immediately. My foot was gushing blood and it turned out Id hit an artery. I needed seven stitches and despite my horrible fear of needles and the great deal of pain I was in, I look back on this as a positive experience. The doctor and medical assistant were both phenomenal. They kept me calm, worked efficiently, and did it all lightheartedly. You could tell they genuinely cared. I hope I dont need urgent medical services again anytime soon, but if I do, Ill come back to this location.

I came in to be seen and everything went okay. I kept waiting to get my EOB from my insurance company and it still didnt come. I called MedExpress and they had not submitted it. I paid my co-pay with my credit card. I found out they charged the remaining balance to my card instead of billing it to my insurance. This was back in April. Today is June 9 and I have contacted my insurance and they said they still havent received a claim on this. I am frustrated because they keep telling me they will call me and they still have not. I will not be going back. I am paying interest on an amount that should have been turned in to my insurance. Chad Ross

Cold confrontational check in. Name tags are not displayed be the employees at this facility. My wife was quite sick with bronchitis, told the employee I would run home and get her drivers licence to process insurance. (10 min) but they refused to place her in line until this was done. As if I were lying. Medicine is not this facilities business

This is by far the nicest, cleanest, friendliest urgent care facility in Muncie. Weve had 2 visits there and they were both pleasant experiences with friendly staff and care providers! Everyone Ive spoken with whos been here feels the same way.

Check in was quick and secure. Nurse was kind and knowledgable. NP was detailed, thorough, and actively listened. Check out was quick and efficient. Lobby and room were clean. Couldnt ask for a better visit when feeling my worst.

Horrible. Didnt listen to what was wrong with my daughter at all . She could Barley breathe sore throat lost her voice and all they would say was it was a virus . No antibiotics or inhaler. . Never go there

Dr. Wallisa is AMAZING. I came in with a lot of problems and him and the nurses made me feel cared for and comfortable. The staff are very informative and genuinely care. I definitely recommend this place.
