Awful. I have been here twice. It took over 2 and a half hours each time for a routine eye exam. The second time they charged me for an exam (contacts fitting) that I specifically did not ask for while checking in. Then my prescription was incorrect. I called about the problem and they disregarded me and did not offer any further consultation. I really wanted to love this place because the frame department was so fantastic. WARNING: Do NOT go to Dr. Johnson, the only thing he did was try to sell me Lasik eye surgery, I am far too young for that. AND he wrote me the wrong eye prescription. My glasses lenses are useless.

Every time Ive gone, the customer service has ok but its gotten a lot worse in the past year or sk. Ive been a patient there for 5 years but I will not be going back after finding a better doctor with nicer staff.
