His craftmanship is expert, professionalism is highest and ALL his Staff follow suit. I drive arguably a considerable distance from "across the River" ( i.e. Elsewhere in Cincy area) and I never think twice about it as I am well-taken care of and in excellent, caring hands

I went to Dr. Palmer around 5 years ago with significant periodontal issues. He inserted 12 implants and fabricated a permanent bridge and porcelain crowns that are identical to my original teeth. The outcome was great. All of my appointments were at the designated time. There was no waiting. The entire staff is very kind and friendly.
