I was recently looking for a new dentist because it is extremely hard to book an appointment with my current dentist. I had to cancel an appointment in August 2016 for insurance purposes and was not able to reschedule because they were booked for the year. I read only good things about Clifton Dental Care online so I decided to give them a try. Plus, they are close to my job which was a major plus. My original booking of an appointment was great. I was able to get an appointment about a month out which is expected. However, the day of my appointment came and a received a voicemail that they were canceling it because the dental hygienist called off. It was inconvenient because I had already changed my schedule at work and took shorter lunches all week so that I could take a longer lunch the day of my appointment. However, I understand that things happen. What frustrates me is that the voicemail that was left advised me to call to reschedule. I called back the same day and was advised that they were adding new appointment times to their calendar and it would be best if I waited for them to call me. I even verified before I hung up that they would be calling me back to set up a new appointment. This was on 03/03/17 and it is now 03/29/17 (almost a month later) and I have yet to receive a call. I guess they are not in need of new patients so my dentist search continues..
