STOP! LOOK FOR QUALITY! DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Vasudha Basava is the ABSOLUTE WORST PERSON. Period. She does not care about your well being.. Long story short, she forgot to call in my prescription when I was in excruciating pain, was rude when I called back to check and see if she sent it, impatient, while filling a cavity she did not wait for my face to be completely numb before drilling my tooth.. Asked me to raise my hand if I felt pain- I did-she kept drilling. Raised two hands, told me hold on.. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE A DENTIST. Ive also heard from other patients of hers that she dismisses them for being late. My last appointment she had me wait for 45 mins before I sat in a chair.. I didnt even see her until an hour after i got there. So how is that fair? She is in the wrong field for sure. On the flip side, her receptionist, Mary, is FABULOUS! So sweet, caring, and deserves to work for a better person.

I absolutely love these sweet ladies at Trenton family dental! Dr. Basava always has every patients best interest at heart, she always does her best to keep you comfortable! Dawn the dental assistant is always smiling and shes very efficient, also very kind. Hands down best dental assistant I have ever seen! Mary is always a delight to talk to and she always makes sure Im scheduled for my next cleaning/ visit. If I have ever had to cancel shes so understanding! Best dentist office ever!!!!!
