Bunch of crazy quacks. Run from them as fast as you can. My story is a horror story. Went in Thursday paid them $1500 and had x-ray and impressions made. Emily is the rudest receptionist ever. Rest of the staff was very kind at this point. Then the goofy dentist came in and shoved a metal empty impressions tray against my teeth when I had an infected broken tooth. I returned the following morning and my nightmare is still continuing. My blood pressure was elevated when they did impressions Thursday, was elevated Frisay before extractions began. He started to remove several remaining upper teeth. He removed 3 successfully and then I informed him the right side of my mouth was not numb. He said he wasnt giving me anymore numbing shots. He didnt even numb the front gum of my front tooth. He grabbed the tooth with his pliars and I yelled "owwwww" in complete utter horror. He dropped his pliars and said I needed to see an oral surgeon. I began to weep. Im not going anywhere in public without teeth. He said my blood pressure was too high. I remind you my blood pressure was the same reading it was when they began and I have the print out to prove it. I beg them to finish and they could have cared less. I assume the patient with $7k in implants was more appealing than my $1500. Please keep in mind I drove two hours two days in a row from central Kentucky. Came back home and went to a local urgent care dentist (not an oral surgeon) and the dentist here was amazing and I had no pain and bp was normal after extractions. Now I have an upper denture that doesnt fit. My local dentist doesnt want to cut on it to keep from voiding any warranties. I called to have my records transferred to affordable dentures in Louisville but they refuse to see me unless I purchase the new denture wearing package which is an additional $350+ otherwise I cant see them for another 6-8 weeks lol. IF YOU SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEN YOU NEED A PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION! Your better off throwing money in the trash and you will spare more additional pain! I will provide anyone my phone number that wants to hear my story. I plan on contacting the local news, BBB, and any other outlet there is to help other patients. You get what you pay for folks. PS: if you go here wanting to spend little bit if money then think again. Doctor will NOT see you unless you pay for the denture wearer package and pay him for his own x-rays and an additional $240 for him to smooth your bone with a dremmel! GOOD LUCK!!!

This place is a joke!!!!! My Mom had made an appointment and they had a sale 20% off, for lower dentures at $260. When she showed up at her appointment it took them an hour and a half too call her name. Then they told her it would be $325, they would nitty honor her the discount. The lady at the front desk was the most rudest person, she was very hateful and unprofessional. Her name was EMILY!! My Mom had brought only $260 what she was told to bring, so we ask if we could bring the $65 when we came to pick the dentures up. EMILY said NO!! My Mom is legally blinded and half death. So my Mom had to wait there while we had to go get money. Now mind you we live 45 minutes away. So when we went back 2 days later to pick up her dentures they informed is that they were giving her a refund, not the refund that we expected though. They did not make her dentures. So by this time i am furious. EMILY proceeded to ignore me while I was trying to talk, she said i cant answer you because of hippa. I informed EMILY I have power of attorney several times. EMILY then said I needed to see the papers, so I went too the cast to get them. By the time I got back in there she already had my Mom signing papers. I handed her the power of attorney papers she ignore me. My mom had sign the release of the money, but they were going tho mail out to her and told her out would be 10 business days!! What my mom had gave them cash!!! That was more than half of what she gets a month! THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO THE MEDICAL FIELD!! EMILY IS A DISGRACE TO TREAT ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH HER UNCARING ATTITUDE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

What a joke. Dont walk, RUN from this place! I couldnt get a simple question answered about a clasp on a partial! The x-ray was free because the doctor never even looked at it. The consultation was free because I never had a consultation with the doctor, but with a Front Desk Assistance who couldnt answer basic questions about the partial they were taking impressions for. Me: Which teeth will the clasps be wrapped around? Them: I dont know, and no one is available to answer that question. Would you still like to continue? COME ON! And she was DEAD serious! And thats just a peak into the poor level of service and overall experience. The level of service for the actual process was so blantantly poor that I had to ask was this their first time. Not only could she not tell me where the clasps would be prior to me committing to pay for it, but neither could she find out from the doctor or anyone in the lab making the partial because the doctor never even looked at my x-ray to know where the clasps would be or gave me any kind of consultation about the partial whatsoever. I cant believe they advertise themselves so adamamtly about doing implants (big stuff) when theyre level of service is so poor and QUACKISH for the small stuff. Like really???! Come on! I wouldnt trust these folks to change my tire, much less perform any kind of surgery in my MOUTH! Needless to say i didnt continue with the partial. The name should be changed from Affordable Dentures to "Continue at your own Risk" Dentures. Unbelievable.

We went here to get new dentures for my 72 year old father because his old dentures were loose and he was having difficulties chewing food. They promised that new denture that they will make will fit better than the current one and we can also make adjustments 90 days after. However, denture they made is loose and nothing different from old denture. When we went back to ask to fix it. They said they cant do anything because his gum bones are thin. We just requested them if they can do anything to make denture fix little better so that my father can chew the food properly. They refused to do anything or even listen to our request. we wasted $825 for nothing. They could have told us in beginning that new denture might not fit as better as we expected. They just want your money and dont care about what you are getting for your money and addition to that there rude service. Stay away from this place.

I am so incredibly impressed with my teeth. They made my dentures look so real! I have gotten so many compliments and am able to smile confidently, something I havent done in a long time. The staff at the Forest Park location have fantastic " chair-side" manner and have gone out of their way to make my experience as simple and pain free as possible. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures for excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Thank you Affordable Dentures for giving me my smile back.
