To start, I am 18, had poor dental hygiene my entire life, and I had never been to a dentist before. Clearly, I was a tad apprehensive coming here for the first time. However, as soon as I walked in I was called back for my appointment (and it was early at that!) and the nurse took my x-rays, essentially holding my hand throughout as I had no idea what to do, and told me exactly how many cavities I had and where they were. She walked me through what she was doing so I knew what was going on, and when the time came for Dr. Kejriwal, she informed me that if I wanted I could have the cavities on the right side of my mouth removed today, and after agreeing she went straight to work. The procedure didnt hurt a bit and she even told me to stop her if it hurt so she could apply more numbing agent. After she was finished, she told me about orthodontics and to schedule another appointment with her so we could talk about it, as I am leaving for university in the fall, and she was very accommodating to my time restraints. When she was finished, another employee (Im not sure of her exact position) came to do my fillings and she was beyond kind! (every employee I met was very kind) She even spotted another cavity the x-ray missed and got rid of it right then and there! My only regret about this place is not coming sooner, this place clearly knows what theyre doing and how to be friendly to boot! Unfortunately I will have to find another dentist after I move, but until then I will be scheduling as many appointments as possible to get as much work done with them as I can!

I first became a patient here last year and upon my first visit with the hygienist and Dr. Snell, it was a pretty good experience. The staff seemed nice although they did not help me with my initial complaint, but informed me what I needed to have done and I made a follow-up appointment. However, I have severe anxiety when it comes to actually getting in the chair, so it was a big step for me to even come in for the cleaning. But when I had yet another emergency, I came in to see them once again. This time, however, everyone seemed so non-chalant and uncaring. Just polite enough, but not really courteous. No discussion really from the doctor or the staff about what was going on. Thankfully I used to be a dental assistant so I do have extensive knowledge in what was taking place, but no one said two words to me while I was supposed to be consciously sedated, which I wasnt. It was honestly the worst "bedside manner" Ive ever experienced. I felt like I was just on a processing line and they were just trying to move me along and get me out the door as quickly as possible. Im supposed to go back for three implants, but I would rather take my business elsewhere than be treated like that again.

I hate that I can only give them five stars because they deserve 100 stars. I previously went to a dentist who messed my teeth up pretty bad. MK Dental took me in knowing I would need a lot of work done. They are the most compassionate group of people Ive ever met. They were able to save two of my teeth that my other dentist said I needed crowns on. They also fix your teeth to where later down the road you wont have problems with them. They give you other options if problems arise with your teeth. Im so beyond lucky that I found this place and that they took me in. Most dentist only care about money and how to make more off of your teeth by doing unnecessary work. Not this place because not only do they care about the health of your teeth but they also care about how you feel about your teeth and they find ways to make everything cheaper or to help you not spend money. If you have had horrible experiences with other dentist and are afraid of anyone touching your teeth, this is the place to go.

I wish I could give a zero so unprofessional so I took one of my friends kid to this so called dentist she was a little late because of school dismissal but they still managed to fit her in I looked and said omg this place is nice and immediately asked if they were accepting new patients they said yes and I made appointments for all three of us me and my two girls mines was the next day do to working in the evening i overslept but still managed to make it there 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time i gave my name and she put a big smile on her face and turned me away i felt horrible like i was discriminated against just horrible she had no compassion whatsoever..so guess what me and my two daughters will be finding another dentist who is sensitive to patients needs they just lost three new clients....sucks to be them right now. Everyone has a grace period come on ten minutes i could see 20-30 but 10 no im not buying that definately discrimination

I have panic disorder so it has to be absolutely bad in order for me to go to any doctor. I have neglected my teeth because I avoid dentist at all cost from prior bad experiences. I had to go in today because of an abscessed tooth and I am blown away with how amazing this office and their staff are!!!! The nurse sat with me the entire time explaining what was being done and even talked to me to calm me and bring my blood pressure down. The dentist was very gentle and patient and kept stopping to make sure I was not feeling any pain. They made me feel very welcome there and for the first time in my life, Im actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!

This place is a joke. I made an appointment to have then check out my teeth and gums after they messed my mouth up pulling two teeth over a year ago. I have had problems ever since but my appointment was made for today. When I call to confirm what time the guy David tells me I have no appointment and if its over the teeth they pulled I dont have anything wrong and they are no longer my dentist. This is by far the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. They read my review and decides not to be my dentist. .. there is lawyers for things like this. I wouldnt take my dog there... they suc K

Bad experience, If something doesnt go right they will make different excuses every visit to justify their mistakes. You might as well be their Guinea Pig. They also cant do simple teeth cleaning, I had so much tarter left on my teeth it was rediculous. Also not sure what type of material they use to do fillings but it doesnt last long, falls right out. You expect a Dentist to make your teeth better but they made them worse. Good at giving you hope that they can fix your teeth but sadly fail to deliver.
