This place has definitely changed since the new Dentists took over for Dr Lippert and not for the better. The dentist that took over is not very friendly but Dr Benson is nice. I had decided to find a new dentist and leave them. I had a credit on my account that they didnt want to give back to me. They tried to tell me it was going to cover something for my 13 year old daughter that should have been covered by the insurance. I had called to cancel my last appointment and talked to someone there about the fee which they said I would not have to pay. When I called in to get my money back the manager there was very rude and told me since there are no notes on the account they cant do anything and if my insurance didnt pay then its my responsibility. She is new and was not there when I was going there. I stood my ground because I knew I was correct in the situation. The since called me back and did tell me that the insurance should have paid for that and I didnt have to pay for my cancellation fee. As a consumer I dont like to feel like I am a liar and make me feel like I am trying to get one over on them. I will not pay for other dishonest people and at least look into the situation before you go and be rude to a customer.

Ive been going here for almost 3 years and overall am very happy. They always do a great job cleaning my teeth. I had some issues with the billing department and got more than frustrated. Once the dentist became aware of my frustration, they reached out to me to make it right and correct the situation. This shows me how much the office truly cares about the patients. I would definitely recommend Kemper Meadow Family Dentistry!
