I recently moved to Ohio and looked for a nearby dentist. After a diligent search and several phone calls later, I decided to check out Indian Springs Dental because they provided the basic information I needed and they seemed to know what they were talking about. One tooth caused me agonizing pain, and I figured two other teeth would have to be pulled. Upon my first the visit, the staff members were very friendly, patient, and seemed quite knowledgeable. When I spoke with the dentist, Dr. Meera Thunga (Dr. T.) she explained WITHOUT being condescendning and snooty that I needed three root canals. From past experience with just a few doctors, I knew to get the real information from the medical/dental assistant. Becky, dental assistant, explained to me that the only painful part (very little pain) of the root canal is the injection of anesthetic. Upon my scheduled appointment for my very first root canal I was absolutely terrified. Dr. T again explained the procedure. She numbed my gums, administered the injection ( I barely felt it), and then Dr. T began the root canal. I prepared myself to feel pain, but not once did I feel any pain. When it was over, I was pleasantly shocked. And about my two other teeth, instead of pulling them, Dr. T let me know I just needed root canal on those as well. She was able to salvage my teeth instead of pulling them. And again when I underwent the root canals-- no pain whatsoever. If you are afraid of dentists and/or the belittling attitude some might have, I highly recommend Dr. Meera Thunga and the staff at Indian Springs Dental Excellence. No one made me feel ashamed of the condition of my teeth and Dr. T does every ethical thing to limit pain (physical and emotional) and to promote good health.

Nice but slow service they tell you to be there 15 mins early and at times you wait up to an hour after your scheduled appointment to be called back.
