I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Ive been in pain for the past two months due to an extraction of a once impacted wisdom tooth, that upon extraction, a large portion of the root tip was left in my jaw. Standard procedure is to remove all remaining roots of wisdom teeth specifically because they are prone to infection. Not only did the office secretary chart that I had "argued" (when I didnt) about rescheduling an appointment when they were obviously overbooked (people were standing in the waiting room on Central Ave. location), they also did not even initially chart that they had extracted tooth 17 (the wisdom tooth that the root broke on) until I mentioned it at my second visit. I went in for a cleaning and possibly having the tooth extracted (at some point). During the first visit, when I thought they were cleaning my teeth, I discovered when I got home that they had drilled a small, straight line, into one of my lower back right teeth. They claimed there was a cavity in this tooth (that I had no pain or sensitivity in). At the second visit, I was under the understanding that they were going to fill this cavity. When I sat down in the chair, there was visible blood stains on the arm of the chair from a prior patient. That was upsetting and definitely not sanitary. Since they already had me "charted" as argumentative (for rescheduling an appointment after waiting 1.5 hours in the office when they were overbooked) I didnt mention the blood stain. Then, when the female dentist came in, she brought with her several drill bits laid out on a pan. I was immediately very concerned as I had already discovered the mystery line they drilled in the tooth (that I was never told they were even drilling on the first visit). So, I asked the dentist what the drill bits were for. It was alarming, as I believed I was there to have that alleged "cavity" filled. The dentist explained that she had to "clean out the cavity" and talked about the possibility of this particular tooth needing a "root canal". So again, I asked to see the xrays of this alleged cavity and in my opinion, there wasnt one. I explained to her at that time that I did not want a root canal and only wanted this line they put in my tooth filled. She said she would have to "look and see" and I said "no, just please fill the cavity". She got out her drill and didnt stop drilling until she hit the nerve of my tooth!! I jumped in pain (even tho they had numbed the tooth). She casually said, "Oh, so you feel that?" I said, "yes you hit the nerve." And then she decides, "Well then, you werent supposed to feel that, so now we will fill the cavity." She then proceeded to have another technician fill the original cavity. There was no cleaning out any cavity. She drilled a hole directly to the nerve of my tooth to deaden the nerve, in my opinion so that it WOULD NEED a root canal. As I walked out of the office, I found that they already had my next appointment scheduled for a ROOT CANAL that I never agreed to have! They are a money hungry, awful, deceitful practice in my opinion, and the people of Middletown should spread this news to their family and friends. I now have one tooth with a nerve that is probably dying (because she drilled it). I also have an infected broke off wisdom tooth root tip lodged in my jaw that LUCKILY comes out in 5 more days. They are completely TERRIBLE and do not care about their patients. Spread the word!

I got a full upper denture and a lower partial, at first i felt like i was rushed and nobody listened to what i was saying, everytime i voiced a concern or said what i didnt like i kept getting the same answer, "that will be fixed and it wont be like that on the permanent set". I got the permanent set and HATED them but was told to take them home anyways and that id get used to them, well they fit and looked so horrible i couldnt and didnt want to wear them and get used to them, all i kept thinking was "well nite Im gonna be stuck with teeth that i hate and wont even wear coz i have a medical card" on my next visit i just layed it all out on the table and told them how i felt so they scheduled me yet ANOTHER appointment with Dr Kori. She listened to me this time and seemed to sympathize with my situation and how i felt and she agreed to make me another set, Im still in the parking lot from my try in appointment and i am SOOOO happy with the new set, she listened to me and worked with me and got it right this time.and i know they took a loss o.k. it just to make sure i was a happy and satisfied Customer because once dentures are made they cant be fixed to fit someone else. I cant wait to pick them up next week and finally feel normal again. Good job Dr Kori and thank you for caring.

Waited in a very small waiting room for over 2 hours for an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance. They said I had cavities and filled them all. I have had fillings before coming here with no problems or pain, when the numbing wore off the pain was excruciating never in my life had a filling hurt so bad this pain went on for a MONTH! until I finally made an appointment with a DIFFERENT dentists who told me they drilled every single tooth almost to the gum and that every one of them would have to have a root canal which he did. I will never go back and I would not recommend. Save your teeth and go somewhere else! **Update a friend of mine unfortunately went here also and had the exact same experience when she told me she was in pain from going here I recommend her see another dentists and she also had to have root canals done on the teeth they worked on! PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Im sitting here reading some of these reviews of this place its funny to me how rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate people can be. I would recommend this place to anyone personally they are all very respectful every last one of the doctors and personnel working in this dentistry my only complaint i have is not even on them its the many patients writting bad reviews on these people knowing good and well that they themselves are the problems. Everyone associated working in this dentistry deserves nothing but the upmost respect and not some unbiased opinions from disrespectful people who are complaining about service that they probably in all actuality wouldnt even need if theyd done what their parents told them to do when they was growing up and just took care of THEMSELVES. anyways 5 stars excellent service i for one couldnt be more happier with the people working inside this dentistry.

While there the dentist and staff were nice, but when they prescribed my daughter the wrong dose of antibiotics, twice, after my daughter got an infection under the filling they filled, I called and the pharmacy called their on call number, and could not get a response, either time. She was seen on a Friday both times, and they never called back. I ended up taking her to urgent care to be treated. Then a 3rd time the same tooth gets infected, I try to make an appointment, they say they cannot because she has missed 3 appointments, one a time I overslept, yes my fault- I worked nights and had been up for 30 hours, once that I do not recall, but they said was from 2015, and the other date"does not show up". So my daughter has an infection that could turn septic, but "Sorry, you missed appointments". I should have switched after the first incudent.
