Appointments dont seem to matter, they will call you back at least 30 minutes late, and wont apologize for inconvenience this causes. I had to leave after they played leap frog through the patients and I still didnt get my full contact prescription/check up after an hour an forty minutes. I came back to finish the appointment a couple weeks later, and now am still waiting to get called back 40 minutes late. Its nicely located in the PX but its not worth the half day commitment it seems to take to get a check up, find one that cares if theyve kept you waiting and doesnt mimic you in the most annoyed tone, "you have to go?" Like its your fault they are behind. *update* 2 stars to 4 Doctors cared, very nice and moved the appointment on quickly to get me out.

If youre going to make an appointment here, its best to show up an hour late. Because thats how long you will be waiting before you will be seen. Thats my experience with the two times Ive been here.

This eye doctors office is just okay. I arrived on-time for my appointment and was seen 30 minutes late. Doctor was friendly, but the exam room felt kinda dingy. Seemed like older equipment too.
