I have been a paying customer for about 1 year now . I am very upset with the customer service ! I ordered my contacts and they didnt come the date they were suppose to . So I called to the store and spoke to a very ride woman named Emily . She wasnt understanding of my situation and couldnt offer me a customer discount for the confusion . I had to wait 4 weeks from the time I ordered my contacts . I will not being returning to this optical center . I do not recommend this place to anyone . I had better experience at the govern square mall . "Vision works " they are great people and very helpful

Selection was not that great - all the glasses felt very flimsy and were expensive. (You have to pay for frames + lenses). They would not measure my pupil distance unless I purchased a pair of glasses - very frustrating. Staff seemed friendly.
