I visited Munster Eye Care several weeks ago and the ladies who checked me were very friendly and greeted me with a big smile. Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. I went to Munster for a vision exam and I hadn’t had an exam in over 3 years. The staff was knew their stuff! They helped me pick out glasses and offered me a good discount because I was a new patient, I would definitely recommend others to this office. I saw Dr. Nguyen who answered my questions about cataracts because this runs in my family and I was worried I have them already. They provided me information about what cataracts are and how they would affect my vision

I visited Munster Eye with my little boy, he was sent home from school for a vision exam and was having trouble seeing the board. The ladies at the office were so nice to us and were very good with my little one who cried in the exam room. They had lots of patience with us and were very understanding. I would recommend this office to other people. The eyeglass department was really nice too, I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses with a really good first time buyer discount!

Biggest complaint is unreasonably high wait time and no apologies for it by doctor or their staff. I had to wait 1 hour 15 min to get to see the doctor when I complained the staff said "innocently" our average wait time is 45 minutes. It is not acceptable and the staff should not be greedy and overbook the doctor and feel very proud about this issue. Just like the doctor, patients time is equally or more important.

The wait is ridiculous! I have noticed that the staff always has the biggest over turn rate which accounts for the untrained staff on site. The managerial staff is very rude. the doctors can be there one day and gone the next causing shortage of the schedule and a lot of re-scheduling. Also, when the office manager, Anne Avena was performing an OCT test on me she smelled of strong marijuana! Horrible!

I give this place 2 thumbs up. Three if I could and had more hands - lol. I saw the staff helping this older lady to the bathroom, no one does that anymore. When I came in there were 2 ladies up front, looked like they were training but they stopped what they were doing and said hello. You know its just nice to go to the place where they still know what customer service is.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. The receptionist was rude and condescending. When I asked for the office manager she was too busy to see me and never called me when I left a message. This place is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Dont trust your eyes with them!! If I could have given them less than i star I would have.

Cancelled our appointments twice in the past month. The second time, they called the afternoon before the appointment, after we altered our work and school schedule to accommodate them. Probably four stars for the doctor but negative stars for the inept, condescending and unprofessional scheduling staff.

You are greeted upon entrance and the entire staff is friendly. I was here to get glasses for my 5 year old and they were very patient and had experience with children. They had a great selection to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone needing some eye care.

Firts Long time wait 2 to 3 hours . My daughters doctor is rude. They do not look for ways to treat young children. They are children and they do not know what they are going to do and they are not trained to work with young children.
