I would give this 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible. My great Aunt was there who is 90 years old and has had a beyond horrible experience. She fell in the bathroom and it took her 3 hours to crawl 2 feet to pull the emergency string which means she hadnt been checked on in over 2 hours which is their policy... which baffles me being that she is there for REHAB. Then they basically blamed her for not yelling for help... SHE IS 90 YEARS OLD SHE CAN BARELY TALK!!! Im just glad she wasnt there perminantly. The only good thing is, is that one of their physical therapist was very kind and extremely helpful! I wish I could remember her name. It was hard to get anyone to answer my questions because I think may have seen 3 staff members the the entire 2 to 3 hours Im there anytime I go. Lets not forget that they found her at 6ish in the morning and nobody in the family was contacted till almost 12 or 1. Ugh. I hope they get their staff on the same page.

My parents started in a villa which was a wonderful location for them. After my mom passed and then my dad had health issues he moved to the full time nursing care and is now in the assisted living area. Everywhere they have been on this campus has been wonderful. The level of care is fantastic and the people are great. He could not be happier. There is always something going on to keep them busy and entertained. I call daily and get updates on what he got to do during the day. We could not be happier with the location they chose and how things have progressed as the year has passed. A special thanks to all who work there!
