The service at this hospital is like mcdonalds, no i take that back at least mcdonalds gets things right sometimes but this hospital in brooks ky always gets things wrong its like watching a retarded hospital show where everybody acts like idiots when you go there , dont forget your popcorn and a laughing buddy, a nurse with 2 huge needles for somebody else in her hand will come in your room and ask you if your name is somebody else because they cant even be organized, and They got some really nasty people working up at this hospital, the doctors are very lazy, and wont even diagnose you right, they will scream at you, with or without insurance, if you go there for heat exhaustion they will say and assume your having with drawl symptoms in front of your kids, if you go there for contact dermititis, theyll tell you have poison ivy, or something else, if you go there for a uti they will have you give a urine sample and send you home with a paper that says they found a trace of bacteria but you will be empty handed on any prescriptions that you need for it, yeah the hospital is nice,(as in looks) but the service is pretty much like check your temperature which is mostly all they do for just about every problem you have then charge you 300 bucks it is a joke

worst emergency room ive ever been too. Me and my wife were inside of the hospital i was beening seen for my stomach my wife had parked her truck 2 parking spots from the front door. in the 2 hour we were there someone broke into my wifes truck stole a cellphone, cigarettes, camping lights, along with her photo ID, Credit Card, and work benifit card. All of this was done while the acclaimed security guard was sitting behind the front desk(less than 10 feet from the truck) stuffing his face with food. Then after we came back in and told him what had happened he told us that the security camaras at the hospital we down at the time of the robbery. What kind of circus show is the hospital running when it comes to security. How can you trust a hospital to cure and treat you when they cant even take care of there own parking lot with your belongings in it. I WANT ANSWERS!!

Do not go to this ER. Worst nurse experience EVER! She didnt do anything except take my mothers blood pressure while she was laying down and then standing up, and put IV in, she didnt help get her in the wheelchair, knew she had to go to the restroom and told ME, how to take her bag off and plug her cords back up! I thought THAT was the nurses job! She just seemed as though she could care a less! The man at the registration desk was the most helpful and friendly. He was actually doing his job and with a good attitude. I will never go back here! When we left, the nurse got the wheelchair, left it at the door of the room and left! Good ridance, and thanks for nothing! The Dr. wasnt that bad, but nothing to brag on!

Treated me wonderful! I had an abscess tooth and when my dentist said earlier that day if the swelling spreads any further down your face/ neck go to ER. Well 5 hours later thats where I ended up. I thought they were gonna look at me and say its just a tooth ache go home eat some pain meds and go see your dentist again. They actually cared and did several tests and a ct scan then they admitted me and sent me to Jewish downtown. I have to say an ER room is for emergencies hence the name Emergency Room. Its where you go if you dont think your gonna make it thru the night to the next day to see your family doctor. They are just a temporary fix. Your family doctor would be your fix it all.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!!! I will never go to another Jewish hospital in Kentucky. I was told a thousand different things and given a thousand different numbers to call regarding lab tests. I went out of my way to come to this location and that became a major mistake!!!! Dont tell a patient one thing and then not follow through. Instead they had me on the phone for TWO days with EIGHT different phone numbers.... ridiculous!!!!! Ill definitely be going to Baptist. A place where Ive never ran into an issue and treated like they actually cared. Thanks for nothing Jewish South in Sheperdsville, KY!

Went here last night because Hardin Memorial was so busy, people were there for hours and still hadnt been seen. We came here, no one in the waiting room. I got signed in, got in triage, was put in a room, seen by the doctor, given medication in the office, and left with my prescriptions, all in just under a hour. They were very friendly, Dr. Goshhorn was funny and very fast in the room. As soon as I told him my problem, he knew what the issue was and had medicine in me right away. I was very thankful for this hospital last night as I was in excruciating neck pain and they were able to help me.

This is the third time I have used this facility( two of those Emergency Room), the staff is superior. They make you really feel great and to me, go out of their way to provide exceptional care. The facility is super clean and super. Hope they make this a full hospital soon, far better then any of the other places other then Jewish East.

Its been a long time since I was there but they where very good! In fact I wish the drapes would have listened to the we dr there because my husband could have died from waiting around after a study done on his heart said he was okay in fact he was not. Should have went for cardiac catch first like er md suggested!!

Worst place to go to!!!! I had a blood clot moving ,and was bypassed to register and see people who came in after me ,and where only there for scraps and bruises. I was told they have to go in order even though I had been there 15 minutes before others. And I had a BLOOD CLOT.. DO NOT GO HERE .PERIOD.

WORST! !!! Was treated like a second class citizen, they had no idea as to why I was even there although I was preregistered for my test. Needless to say I left, if I am going to die it is not going to be because of their incompetence.

Told me that I didnt have anything wrong with me, and sent me home after only doing blood work. Treated me like a hypochondriac, even though I have kidney stones and was having a gallbladder attack.

The staff at this hospital are always so kind, and with how small the hospital is there is never a wait. Theyre so courteous and pay such close attention to your needs, I love it.
