Ive been to a number of eye doctors in the Mandeville, LA area and this guy is by far the best. On my first visit to his office he noticed that my contact correction was significantly off (much stronger than it should have been) from what Id been prescribed at another local eye doctor. He was too professional to bad mouth a colleague and said that my eyes may have been irritated when I had my eye exam at the other eye doctor. He gave me some contacts with the new prescription and had me in two more times to check and make sure my numbers werent changing, they didnt. I figured hed end up charging me for multiple visits but he only charged for the first visit and my out pocket was significantly less than other eye doctor. P.S. This guy recognized a super rare eye disease when a coworker of mine went to see him. This disease causes blindness over time and there is only one place is the U.S. that performs the procedure to treat it. Dr. Adema put my coworker in touch with this specialist, who confirmed his diagnosis and performed the procedure for my coworker.

Dr. Adema is awesome! I have glasses now and Im in vision therapy, my eye sight is much improved! I recommend everyone see him, there was no wait for my eye appointment and everyone there is very friendly!
