From the moment I began contact with Acadian Care seeking consultation for numerous things I knew that they were a cut above the rest. Previous experiences with New Orleans based psychiatric has left a sour taste in my mouth but knowing that I have excellent quality care in my own backyard is extremely relieving. Both receptionists that I have interacted with have been professional, patient, and most of all caring and understanding. Scheduling is flexible and the care is top notch. Last of all, my experience with my psychiatrist has been life-changing. Anyone who has experience with New Orleans based psychiatric care knows having someone who actually listens and doesnt just push drugs is a rarity. If for whatever reason you are looking for the best quality care and support in the New Orleans area, look no further than Acadian Care.

My son has been a patient of Acadian Care since November 2013 and I, as a mom could not be happier! We began our journey in Mandeville with Miss Jamie, Dr. Kutner and Miss Ann. We were able to continue his care upon moving to Hammond and finally, back home in NOLA, we are still here with good reason! The clinical staff ( Dr. Haggemann and Miss Brittany)he sees here is awesome and totally on point. All the support staff here are just wonderfully caring and compassionate. We take public transportation here and sometimes might have a problem, but they are always ready to help or remedy ANY problem that may arise. Thank you Acadian Care (Dr. Kutner in particular I assume) for finally opening the doors in NOLA!!! Caleb is now going on 4 years surrounded by great clinicians and support staff!

From the moment you walk in there its amazing, Leah at the front desk is so helpful and sweet shes my absolute favorite besides my sons other Drs who take wonderful care of him Dr. Colleen Hageman is amazing, she sits there and listens to you and your childs troubles and a wonderful personality. And then theres Kate who my son loves and shes another therapist who is very compassionate about her patients, I know she is about my boy. He loves going, I call there and Leah understands everything I tell her. Im so glad I was referred here because Ill give them a 10.

Doctors Kutner, Hagemann, and Aucoin have been a God-send. They have worked as a team to accommodate our busy schedules and fit my children in for appointments as needed. They have always been thoughtful about the care they have provided and lovingly counseled us through trying times as a family. The staff at the front desk are always cheerful and knowledgeable.
