The office staff make it impossible to see the dr. Theyll tell you that your insurance will be billed for counseling sessions to make it seem less expensive but then out of no where inform you that your insurance isnt covering counseling and expect $600 out of no where! No bills sent, no co-pays mentioned for Dr Williams and then refuse to allow you to see Dr Kelley because you owe Dr Williams. Im out of 4 meds that each alone coming off of could cause serious side effects but that doesnt matter, its all about $$$. Just acting like another pill mill. And the sad part is the Drs dont even know how their staff is treating patients that have only missed 1 appointment due to an auto accident. And have always paid, every visit! SAD SAD SAD THEYVE BECOME LIKE THE REST OF THEM!!!!!!

Dr. Kelley and his entire staff are great--you will never get the feeling you are in a Psychiatrists office. Not only is Dr. Kelley good, but so are his partners. He is absolutely the BEST doctor I have ever had in my life. I have Anxiety and trouble with an abusive father, and Dr. Kelley and Dr. Williams got both straightened out. He will certainly try to help anyone.
