There isnt much of a spread on these reviews so Im not sure who to believe. All I can say is Ive paid a lot of money to see a psychiatrist and psychologist who dont care. My psychologist was late multiple times, couldnt find her notes, and didnt understand or even try to understand the issues I brought up. She was annoyed when Ive told her I couldnt schedule appointments instead of calling in due to my finances.The psychiatrist they had me see over webcam put zero refills on my prescriptions, so I have no other option but to schedule additional appointments that I cant afford. Overall Ive spent a lot of money and have been rushed to schedule unhelpful appointments by an establishment that doesnt even care enough to do their damn job, let alone care about your own well being.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly and professional when you walk through the door!! I had been dealing with some anxiety for some time.... I am so glad I went to Braden counseling my first visit there I felt a sense of being welcomed and actually listened to!! Needless to say when I walked out the door I felt a weight off my shoulders I havent felt in sometime!! So thank you to your wonderful staff!! I would highly recommend Braden counseling to anyone who is looking for a great counselor to talk with and help with your mental health!!

The staff are incompetent, rude, disrespectful and will lie to you about the results of your evaluation. They will also lie to you when asking for information about what their treatment entails. They are only interested in money and have no regard for anything other then exploiting their clientele to fulfill their power fantasies. Do yourself a favor and go with any other option.

This place is horendous. The counselors half ass everything the service is terrible. They try to get as much money from you as possible. They do not care whatsoever if you get help they just want your money and will try to screw you over. DO NOT go here if you seek serious professional help.

Braden Counseling Center has always been wonderful. Their front staff is very kind and helpful and Dr. Braden is nothing but professional during all encounters I have had with her. Their facility and staff care about providing quality services to their clients. I highly recommend them.

I just spent $1000 and six weeks here to be lied to by their staff and cheated out of my money. Now because I will only be in the states for 4 more months there is no way I can get my license. I made my situation very clear and they still took me and my money.

Do not go here if you expect real help. Dr. Braden will write in a report whatever Dekalb County tells her to. Do like I did: record your interview with her. Her lies will have less chance of becoming truth that way.
