No problems with the facility or doctors. It is new and they are nice. Unfortunately its their billing process. They started a new practice of a flat fee rate of $235 for a facility fee and then charge for other services separately so insurance companies arent paying it fully. They are in my network and I have always just paid a small copay for a regular doctors visit but now with their new process i am having to pay for half the bill because a deductible is kicking in. For example if you think you have strep and see the doctor and they swab your throat they will bill you separately for the lab and you will pay more. I spoke to their billing rep who said she has only seen blue cross maybe pay both the facility fee and fully for other services. She said a lot of people have switched from them because of it. So just a heads up and beware before you make an appointment with them.

Centegra as a whole has failed me from tip to toe, after going to three separate doctors paying my costs for each visit with bs from each doctor. Very Very Very awful. Choose another hospital. If you are parent and you are taking your children here you should immediately find another provider. Folks Im not kidding here, Im a very sane and down to earth person and Im telling you that centegra will jack you around and most likely wind up in worse shape than when you began. Thank you Google for this platform to properly inform those who require an informed review.

I show up early and they tell me my doctor is running 30 minute behind. Meanwhile if I cancel or leave they can charge me $25. I guess my tine isnt as valuable as the staff here at the Gastroenterolgy and Internal Medicine Specialists. This is not the was to treat a new patient.
