OK, I never in my life and posted anything bad about any business. With that said if I could give no stars I would. Dont get me wrong the doctors are great. The receptionists are the problem. They make me feel like Im the lowest piece of dirt on earth. I didnt realize I had an issue until my friends and family told me I needed to see a doctor. Then the doctor prescribed me medication and now that I am taking this medication I realize that I do have something wrong. But when I call to get my prescription at 10 AM I never received a call back. I have to call again to be told that the doctor has not even seen the request. It is now about to close and I spit have yet to receive a call and when I call it rings three or four times and then straight to answering machine. I feel as if I am being ignored by the receptionist. I feel as if I am being treated as a drug attic instead of a patient who needs help. I hope they can look them selves in the mirror every night and think they are OK people. If they have a God they should really look deep into their heartsand truly see if they are treating others properly. Because if they do believe in God then they should definitely change. Rant over.

I moved to Harvard 4months ago! I was looking for a clinic that was not only near me, but a place I could count on! The first visit all that was done to me was vitals taken and given blood pressure refills. The doctor I saw was a very nice person. I would always want to see her again. But oh my God! The receptionist was very nasty? I do not want to ever go back there again! The atmosphere of a clinic should be a warm and accepting environment. Obviously, if you are going there then you are sick or need to see a doctor? The last thing that is needed is a receptionist that seem to not care whether you are sick or not! Unfortunately, in my opinion, they have not learned personal skills!!! p.S. I really do not want to even give a one star!

I have lived in Harvard for 7 years and have used the Mercy Healthcare system due to convenience. In the last year my daughters broken leg was misdiagnosed as a sprain, my husbands high blood sugar was never reported, and I was left in a hospital room smelling of vomit for 12 hours while the physician who should have checked up on me int he morning had not even bothered to show up by 2pm. I have never been around such a group of incompetent and uncaring staff. Take the time and drive to Centegra or Good Shepherd.

Denied seeing me when I had a viral infection even though medicaid assigned me to a dr. at that clinic. On my member card I found it was a pediatrician as my pcp so when I tried to get medical attention for my infection, the receptionist would not give me an appt until I called medicaid and had them switch Dr.s & send me a new card first. Thoroughly disgusted being as as long as Im covered, it shouldnt matter which Drs name is on the card.

Not open very late but what an amazing staff! The nurses and receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Castillo is an awesome pediatrician! As a parent, you want your child to be treated as an individual, and not as a statistic, and he did just that! Wished you guys were in Wisconsin. Thank you all for your great and kind service:)

Can I give a half of a star? Physicians are very nice..Front desk staff is worthless. Zero customer service skills. Cared more about Pinterest and what was for dinner than helping people.
