I had a horrible time being a patient here. Not only did they have nurses that had no communication at all but all really rude and would blame the patient for the problem. The nurses would give my nurse practitioner the wrong information and blame me. Oh and if your a lifetime member of the blood thinner Community like myself the INR nurses over here are the rudest people I have ever met in the health care industry. They would even go as far to tell me that they would not let me have my medication if I did not drop everything I was doing and go in right now for my INR because didnt you know people abuse blood thinner medication . ????

The doctors in the er are rude as hell, no matter what time you go there. They hate their job or something so they take it out on you. They treat everyone like theyre drug addicts, they dont help the problem you have and you have to wait to see your regular doctor. Like dont you think if I could go see my regular doctor I would? Doctors are supposed to help people, not be conceited assholes that no one trusts. Next time Im just making the 20 min drive to Appleton because Waupaca is no better.

Rudest RN Im the OB department I have ever dealt with. They treat my friend like garbage, barely even check on her and when she does its with am attitude. If your having a baby hold it in till you can get to a hospital with decent OB staff.
