Twice now this place has messed us over. The waiting room was full of people(past capacity) (OVERBOOKED IN MY OPINION) had to sit 3 adults and a baby on 2 small chairs. Name was called.ONCE Couldnt hear over the loudness of all the people there ,and the fact that we couldnt actually sit in the waiting room. We were behind a wall and it was full of children !! You all definitely need to step up your game in this place and maybe get an intercom to call patients...especially if its completely filled beyond capacity!!! Definitely having second thoughts abt this place!! Gonna start looking for other options!

Horrible Customer Service! After not one but two bad experiences I cancelled all future appointments and sent an email regarding my concerns. I was never contacted. Keep in mind this was after several biweekly appointments. Now, several months later I am contacted by Acadian Care to partake in a movement beneficial to them. A simple phone call or email could have easily resolved the issue at hand

Stay away from this place . If you ever get anyone to talk to you they are condescending and arrogant. i tried to make an appointment and am told i have to complete a questionnaire. but it is no where to be found . i followed all the emails and since no one will actually answer the phone i left multiple voice mails.

This is the location where we began our journey with Acadian Care! Coming from another clinic, Dr. Kutner came highly recommended. The clinical staff ( Miss Jamie in particular) made us feel so comfortable in the beginning and Miss Ann is someone who was hard to say goodbye to upon us moving!
