I dont hate the dentist, but I dont love it either. I also generally think its a scam, which is why I was so pleasantly surprised by this office. First, every person you encounter is legitimately friendly. They arent just faking it, they remember small, specific things about you and strike up meaningful conversations at every visit. I hadnt been to the dentist in a long time, so my teeth were in pretty bad shape. They never made me feel bad about it, and were able to get me back on track with just a few visits. I needed a crown on one tooth that someone else had done a bad job repairing years ago. Because of the way my teeth are it took a lot of time and effort to get the fit just right. Dr. Garcia wouldnt settle for less than perfect (which could have meant some pain for me), and had my crown remade twice (the mold is sent out to a lab and he wasnt happy with the end product) and then made minute adjustments until it was exactly right. I also like that they dont do oral surgery there, so I never feel like they are pushing unnecessary procedures on me. Its a great place.

Ive been going to Dr. Garcia and his team since I moved down to Baltimore almost 10 years ago. The office is truly full of rock stars! The front desk are whizzes at scheduling, reaching you, and contacting insurance in case of any issues. Dr. Garcia is compassionate and skilled, and even though I only see him twice a year, always remembers something from our small talk from 6 months ago to catch up on. (Hes better about it with his patients than I am with some of my friends!) When I needed a root canal ASAP, his practice was able to connect me to someone quickly and they were very understanding about how hard it is when a tooth goes bad. Whether its for regular cleaning and check-ups or serious tooth issues, this practice is a gem.

I HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Garcia General & Cosmetic Dentistry. I Always tell family, co-workers and friends about this wonderful, caring, professional practice. Not only are they experts at what they do, but they make every effort to make your smile better and encourage you also to pay attention to your oral health, which is essential to your overall health. They care a great deal and it show in everything they do, from the time you step through the door, their great Support Staff, to sitting in that dental chair, to the time you leave, you will have a great, fearless and satisfied experience. I know, because Ive been with this practice for almost 13 years,,and I wouldnt think about going anywhere else!

Mostly nice but I left after almost a decade of being a patient because of their ridiculous attitude if youre late. Im not even talking 15 minutes late, I once got a phone call from their office when I was 3 minutes late. (I was about to open their door.) The ONLY other time I was late was 10 minutes and the dentist doing my filling, and her hygienist, did not say one word to me the entire time. They chatted pleasantly with each other but when I spoke, they both gave me a blank stare. It was the rudest Ive ever been treated by people who were supposed to be professionals. Especially since once I get to their waiting room on time, MY wait time is 5-20 minutes. I take my money elsewhere these days.

I have a terrible fear of dentists that kept me from seeking the proper level of care for years. Both my hygienist, Katie and Dr. G were incredibly accommodating and forthcoming with information about the state of my dental health and the recommended procedures to improve it. I am very grateful I was referred here. (Plus the view from the 22nd Floor windows is awesome). Update: 2/14/2017 I have since been back to see Dr. B and other assistants/hygienists including the installation of a crown. Patient care and chair-side manner is absolutely fantastic with every single person in this office. They are helping me overcome a lifelong fear of the dentists chair.

Dr Gs came highly recommended. The dentists, hygienists and staff are great there. Everyone is super-friendly, and are happy to explain everything in great detail (something which was sorely lacking at my previous dentists office). Its also cool having a view of the city from 22 floors up while youre waiting to go numb, too. They replaced all of my old fillings with new ones in a total of 4 sessions. The work was performed really quickly and everyone made me as comfortable as possible before and during the procedures. Id definitely recommend this practice to others.

Maybe its because I usually dont get bad news, but I actually enjoy my bi-annual cleanings here. Dr. Garcia and co are personable and witty and they know their stuff. We converse like normal people and theyre not intolerably preachy. Theyre straight shooters. And Im impressed by their focus on prevention. Their advice and prescriptions have kept several of my potential cavities at bay. Ive become more vigilante about my dental hygiene as a result of the knowledge they impart. Also, Dr. Garcia has a weak spot for candy, so he sympathizes with enamel decay.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. Alilia (the dental hygienist) was very nice and patient as my mouth is different to x-ray but she took her time and always made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Bergeron was also very friendly and took some time to chat with me in the appointment so I didnt feel like she was going in and out very quickly. The front desk staff were also very friendly in welcoming me to the office and even expected me to show up as a new patient. Very friendly, efficient, and detail oriented staff!

I have gone to Dr. Garcia for more than ten years, and I have found him to be the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptionally skillful. All of these traits are demonstrated by everyone else in his office as well. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there, from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists. My procedure today was performed by Dr. Bergeron, who could not have been more professional and skillful. I recommend Dr. Garcia and everyone else in his office without any hesitation.

Called to ask a ballpark out of pocket estimate of the cost to have a small chip on a front tooth fixed with bonding/resin. They refused to give me an estimate unless I went in for an evaluation. I asked to please speak to someone who could answer the question and they also said they couldnt do that. I had heard good things about this office but was very disappointed with my initial attempt at contacting them and their lack of willingness to answer a very specific straight forward question.

I love Dr. Garcia and all the staff! I suffered from migraines for YEARS before Dr. Garcia finally realized that I clench/grind my teeth at night. Getting a night guard changed my life. I also did my Invisalign through Dr. Garcias office. The staff, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists and orthodontists, are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I almost want to keep this to myself, thats how good they are!

Today was my first visit and it was a wonderful experience the staff is warm friendly and so compassionate and caring about the work theyre doing that makes you feel so comfortable at the dentist office its all in the family I used their dad previously and Im glad Im able to use the sons now Im looking forward to taking my family there and continue the work I need to get done. try it youll love it
