The people in the silver spring district are very ignorant and rude. They was suppose to perform a root canal but never did it properly and its been almost 2 months I have been waiting on my refund. I ended up going to harbor dental paying more out of pocket and was bless to come across intellegent, caring, good customer service, and well spoken people there ( harbor dental). I have been going to Maryland Denatl for 2 years in baltimore and the people atmosphere differ from the workers at the silver spring location. The baltimore location the people there tend to be much nicer, they were more helpful, and it sucks because they (baltimore office) gets delayed on their work due to the main office (silver spring office ).

Very small place not well kept. My initial reaction was to walk straight back out. I should have because they were running behind schedule then yelled back and forth to each other through the tiny office making everyone uncomfortable. It was an extremely ackward experience that I wouldnt wish upon anyone. It appears this location was designed for desperate patients.

At the eastern ave location the dental assistant was clearly high and nodding off and this is the 2nd time I have witnessed this. I will never return again very unprofessional
