Harbor Dental, an awesome dental experience from the moment you park in the parking garage to the moment you leave the office. I used to find going to the dentist a terrible, long, and frustrating experience, but since I found Harbor East Dental my opinion has changed 100%. From the moment you enter the office you are greeted warmly by the front desk in a clean comfortable and never crowded office, you are seen on time and your appointment is never rushed or hurried. The staff, from Hygienist, Dentist and or oral surgeons, are kind, gentle and at the top of the dental profession. Everything is explained and all work is carried out with no, or as little discomfort possible in modern dentistry. Most dental practice have to advertise the great work they claim to do but with Harbor East Dental it only takes one visit to know you found the best Dental Practice in the area. Dont take my word for it, just visit once and you will be forever hooked on Harbor Dental. I hate to say too much good, because when you find something this nice, you want to be selfish and keep for your self. Thank you Doctor Ward for taking a great Dental office and making it even better.. My smiles are all better because of Harbor East Dental Thanks.

I called in to make an appointment and I was told that I needed to pay a 15% downpayment though I had insurance. When they realized I was not going to do that, they offered to scan and pre-approve me before my appointment. Service was great, I only got cleaning but felt very pressured to make an appointment for wisdom teeth (with which I didnt have any problem but dentist insisted they had to go asap). At the end of my visit I was advised that I was going to get a bill to pay and I was to forward and get refunded by my insurance. Obviously that was never the plan so needless to say I was very unpleased. Slow forward three months and I now have a balance of $75 that apparently insurance wouldnt pay. I have excellent insurance and I was told my cleaning was 100% pre approved so it was just a scam to get me in. Im a loyal to any establishment that renders good service at even slighly high price but to lie, overcharge and make me do your work (billing & collecting) is totally unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason to give them business!

Please check beforehand and talk to your dental plan to see if they will cover your procedures. Know your top limit or ceiling on procedures, because this place overcharge for every procedure. I was a naive young man who just wanted cleaning and filling, but instead hit with bill in the mid-thousand. I didnt do my research on my plan. My plans ceiling for a filling was 130 but here, they charge 300 so my insurance only covered 70% of 130. When the nurse and front office asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the procedure, I asked if it would be covered. They said it might be covered and they have to see after processing. That should had been a red flag for me. If I knew that I had to pay most of the bill, I wouldnt have proceeded. The people there were unsympathetic and all they could said was that I accepted the procedure, I signed the agreement, and they did told me the price. I felt very misguided, cheated, and scammed.

I met these ladies as just tenants in my building I perform security in and they were super sweet but once I became a patient my love for them has only increased. I had a abscess that made my mouth swollen on the right side and although it didnt hurt it was very uncomfortable. I was immediately given x rays and prescription for antibiotics to bring the swelling down. I took off of work that day and my husband worked in my place and for the entire day Dr. Paterikis (sorry if I spelled wrong) asked about me and how I was feeling. I have never had such a good experience with a dental office before. These are the most professional, friendly staff I have ever encountered. They make you feel like family. Pricing is wonderful and they will work with you. I recommend this Office to anyone who is looking for Dental Work

Never being one who was particularly fond of the going to the dentist, but knowing that I needed to be good to my teeth, I made my fist appointment at Harbor East Dental over two years ago. I was welcomed back like the prodigal son - the doctors, hygienists, assistants and staff were professional and had great "dental chair side" manor. They assessed my needs - root canal and all - and have taken great care of my smile since then. Id recommend Harbor East Dental for someone like me who avoided dentists, as well as for families or individuals who are looking for the kind of caring professionals and staff found at Harbor East. It is a convenient location, too.

I LOVE Harbor East Dental! My Dentist was Jordan and he provided excellent customer service but was also just nice to talk to during my appointment. I am an inquisitive patient and he answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. And for me, one of the biggest areas of frustration for dentists is being upsold in the chair. I will not go to a dentist that seems more concerned with increasing his per-patient spend than taking care of the patients needs. My experience at Harbor East Dental was professional and made me feel at ease. I would strongly suggest Harbor East Dental to anyone in the Baltimore, MD area.

This dental office has bar far, some of the nicest staff/dentists you will ever encounter! I was kept well-informed throughout the entire process. I was treated with respect and dignity by everyone, throughout the entire process. My situation was pretty urgent and I was able to be seen with only a short notice. I happened to be in Baltimore for only a week. I called on Monday and had an appt by Wednesday. Pricing is transparent abd very fair. Whether you are looking for a dentist or already have an established dentist, I highly recommend giving Harbor East Dental a try. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

In the years Ive been going to Harbor East Dental, Ive never waited long in the waiting room or in the dental chair. My dentist is friendly, of course, but she is also very professional with me and with her assistants. But what I like best about her is her care, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Her comprehensive examinations have revealed issues before they become problems, saving her and me time and (in my case) pain by addressing them in a timely manner. To top it all off, she has expertise and the gentlest hands Ive ever been treated with. I would recommend Harbor East Dental unreservedly.

Had the most thorough and pleasant Dental exam yesterday with this lovely group. They really listen to you, and are invested not only in your teeth, but in you as an individual. From my first call to schedule, to walking into the office for my first visit, to the hygienist, to Dr. Evas detailed and informative exam, I would give this 10 stars if I could. The staff are a very happy crew, and really seem to enjoy their work, which speaks volumes about the leadership! Parking is easy, and validated! Worth the drive !!
