A customer should have the right to change an appointment regardless if its one time or three times. If my business isnt good enough for an organization then i feel its my obligation to share with my community the disrespect i was met with and i quote you will need to find a new doctor sweetie we only allow three reschedules til you have to find a new doctor. Fyi i went to a cardiologist group i rescheduled multiple times due to personal reasons and i finally got to see them after a few reschedules. So MPCP i have already found a replacement doctor that doesnt care if i reschedule as long as im ok. I will share my experience believe me. Thank you for the service. Stefan L Newkirk- Moton

Never had an issue. My parents go here, I do and my 4 year old has as well. Li have never had any issues. Kind and courteous staff. Reading some of the comments makes me wonder what people think about. If you keep rescheduling your appointments and wasting appointment space why do you think they would want to keep you as a patient? What about the person who could have used the space that you held up. Lol people only ever want to complain about others when its them.

Weve been going to Dr. Bringman since before they were MPCP. She is the best. She always remembers. She was the first line in my husbands Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis in 2092 and the last line with Hospice. And a great part, she gives each patient her full attention and the time they need .... and she rarely runs late!
