I went for a physical for the first time in a very long time. (at least 20 years) Dr. Leah Childress was very helpful and made it less stressful. There really has been an extreme change in the way I am concerned about my health now and going forward. In the last month, I have been to the eye doctor, the dentist, several check ups with the doctor, been put on medication, changed my eating habits, been exercising regularly and lost 10 pounds. I give all praise to God, my wife, this awesome staff, and even myself for a major accomplishment

I arrived on time for my appointment. Waited five minutes in waiting room (not bad), but then had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor. Actual appointment lasted 15 minutes (for an annual exam) after it was all said and done I was charged $15 copay for the doctor to check my ears, heart rate and a referral to another doctor. Waste of time and money. To add on to a lack of professionalism doctor Halverson proceeded to interrupt my appointment time with a phone conversation about another patient. A call back was warranted.

Dr. Beavers and her staff are amazing. She is in high demand but has never made me feel rushed, or as if my concerns werent valid. She was born for this role and I am so appreciative of her expertise but most of all, her bedside manner. Her MA Sierra is also very kind and empathetic. As a military spouse who moves frequently, I feel blessed to have a provider that takes the initiative to get to know me and my medical history. Youre the best!

I forgot about a small charge of only 20$ and they sent a collections agency after me before contacting me by phone. Im 4 months into what hasnt been an easy pregnancy, a simple phone call would have been very much appreciated. Evidently patients arent their highest priority and I will be finding a new doctors office mid-pregnancy.

They have a habit of forgetting to call in or even order your meds. After the 4th time reminding them to do it.....time to find a new doctors office that has staff that know how to do their job. The nurse practitioner is nice and good at her work, but that is not enough to continue going there.

Their office charges a $10 mandatory fee to access their online portal. Wasted time on the phone with them scheduling an appointment only to cancel once I heard about the fee. Their office accepts my health insurance, so I do not see any reason to justify additional fees.

I love coming here because of Dr. Gallardo! Ive only been a patient of hers for a handful of months however I can truly tell she enjoys helping others. Shes always smiling every time I see her. Overall, this is a clean and quiet doctors office. No complaints!
