Most rude staff ever encountered!! Billing wrong insurance for six months then sticks me with the $300.00 bill because of difference in copay and deductible which could have been paid at the time of service. Paid the bill the following day, get receipt and statements they still overcharged $50.00!! Been calling every week for three weeks, in the meantime I dont use the appointment made because I want to settle this first I mean now they owe me. Get $40.00 bill for missed payment then told I have to make a special trip to pay it, not pay at the time of other or even get another appointment till its paid. Are you kidding me!! I just paid $300 out of pocket!!! Had they called me back and straightened it out I would have gone to appointment. Dont they work with psych patients?? Why would they cause so much stress?? My balance is the 40$ for the missed appt really?? people need their meds and counseling Do not go here!!

Terrible therapy and patient relations. I missed an appointment over 5 years ago due to being in a car accident and they sent my $20 fee to collections. Ridiculous.

Very rude receptionist and staff. Did not complete visit number one because of rudeness and lack of compassion.
