I am very upset with this practice, they told me the first visit was $175 and then $130 and if the therapist was not right then I could try another. What they did not tell me was I had to pay $175 again to see a different therapist. The first one was really no help and said I could try someone else if I did not want to see them again. I called on a Friday to get a different therapist and they said the therapist would call me back. I called again Monday and again was told the therapist would call me back to schedule an appointment. On Wed I called another therapist from a different group and they said they would call back to schedule. Both therapists group called within 10 mins of each other and I called back to the new one and said to call back everyday if needed to see if I could get in earlier since the one I wanted was booked for 2 weeks. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for the new one in 3 weeks. I callled back Clinical Assco and spoke to a apointment maker not the therapist, which is the call I was waiting on since the Fri before......why did they not just schedule it Friday if the therapist was not going to call back. Then they told me I would have to pay the $175 again. They should tell you that up front, they make it sound like it is more for the first appointment and less after for the entire practice, they should explain that is each different doctor. I would have been more picky. What a rip off and I really need help

Rude front staff, typical miserable clerks that hate their job and take it out on the customer. Then they talk about you behind the glass like a bunch of immature elementary school children. I greeted the female at the front window and she looked at me like I had three heads then rolled her eyes. One lady had the nerve to start cleaning and organizing where I was sitting, didnt even say excuse me. Ghetto, unprofessional, stank attitudes.
