Ive had the best experience here with Dr. Emil and his staff. Ive only been there twice in 2 weeks but they make you feel like your family. The receptionist is so nice, and sweet and so is Dr. Emils assistant and the guy who does all the paperwork. Im actually getting full tip dentures. So far Ive gone once and had 7 teeth pulled on the top right so Dr. Emil could see how well my mouth healed and also to see how I could handle having that many teeth pulled at once. So once he realized I was okay to get all the reat of them pulled he scheduled me a visit for the next week just to make sure they healed properly. So I came back the next week which was exactly 7 days, and had the rest of my teeth up top pulled including both of my front teeth which he didnt want me to leave his office without my 2 front teeth he wanted to keep them in but I told him no I want every single tooth out to give all of my gums enough time to handle. So yes he took exactly 9 out on the 2nd visit then rescheduled me to come back to get my impressions done for my top plate. After, I go for my impressions I should come back in a week to get my plate put in but Im n9t sure because he never told me 100% thats just what I was assuming since thats around about how long it takes to get your plate or plates. Once, I get my plate Ill come back over and over again to get adjustments done so that the plate fits properly! You also get a 2 year warranty on your dentures as long as its not something you did to break them. So as long as it isnt something you or anyone else has done and broke to natural reasons then they will fix them up to 2 years. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone, I absolutely love it there!!!!

Do not go here unless you have time to wait! The flyer that came in the mail was the best thing they had to offer me! I had a appointment at 11 I arrived early because I was a new patient .The UNPROFESSIONAL lady at the desk told me to wait a min so she can catch up to her ASS. Never knew you could cuss at your place of employment. She had no filter, if my kids was with my I would be furious! I waited for over a hour. No one told me they was running behind or anything! I finally asked how long will it be?!?! And she informed me when they do dentures sometimes it runs longer!( Would have been nice for someone to inform me of this)Then they asked me "Can you come back after our lunch?". I took a day off of work to waste time at this place. Then a employee was leaving for lunch he pulled up to me and said "Oh you dont have a car. I can give you a ride so you dont have to wait for a cab." SMH. I ended up calling a dentist down the street that did my root canal the same day!

I feel I was taken advantage of. I came in for a free consultation and was told $140 by the Dentist. Then when I came back in 3 weeks later, It was now $275 for the extraction. They DID NOT mention that it does not cover the exam [ which was him looking at my mouth for less than a minute - $60 ] and the X-Ray. The total cost was $360 . There is nothing on the website that mentions two prices. The procedure was painless but I bled like a hog for two days and had a huge red growth larger than my tongue hours after surgery. I sent it to my regular surgeon to get it sent to pathology. But I warn EVERYONE to get a CONFIRMATION on the price before sitting down. Ask Is this the Final Price ? . It bugs me that someone that acts nice can look you in the eye and scam you. Only if you have no money or insurance should you go here.

Horrible experience. The Dr. is a bully. He talk of torture when pulling my teeth. Never made adjustment to denture after I complained about discomfort. Kept extending my final fitting. Made my final appointment on 9/11 2017 which was a Sunday. I have not been back for my final fitting. A total waste of money. Thought about reporting the Doctor to homeland security. When I showed denture to another Dentist, she just shook her head and said no way.

My first visit was to have 2 wisdom tooth extractions. First time for me for this precedure I was completely in the best if hands. Eric, the office coordinator, has excellent customer service, not to mention the Doc and his assistant. Highly recommended.
