The medical staff is excellent- caring concerned and well mannered .Both doctors in the practice absolutely care about making children comfortable and giving the absolute best care possible. I had an issue with the office staff and billing errors. The staff wasnt customer service oriented as far as I was concerned but the practice manager reached out to me and further explained the situation and really wanted to go above and beyond and cared about me and my daughter as a patient and a person. The management and owners made sure that they would keep me coming back as a customer for years.

My son has had bad experiences at another dentist, which has traumatized him and has caused him to have a great deal of stress when going to the dentist. We came here for a second opinion, and he immediately fell in love with the staff and with Dr. Bobby. He said he wanted this to be his new dentist and vowed to never return to the other place. Recently he had his surgical procedure here and everything went very smoothly. It is such a relief to know that my son now has peace.

This is a wonderful place to take your children for all their dental needs. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Bobby for 6 years. The staff has always been super nice. They explain everything they are doing so the child understands at whatever age they are. They are excellent with children of all ages and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist office that will deal with all their childs needs.

My children love Dr. Bobby and his staff, they really do take the time to inform them about dental hygiene! My 4 year old was afraid at first but the staff has such a delicate way of guiding the children and showing them all the instruments they use to clean their teeth. This was comforting for her and she easily become confident about visiting the dentist. I could not thank HRPD enough!!!

The paperwork asked unnecessary questions...social security number ( never give this out ! ) , etc. I was shocked to see an open shared area with cheap benches - not chairs- where all the cleanings are done ! Xray area...not separate also = unsafe. The staff were very nice. Not their fault facility is shabby !!

My granddaughter absolutely loves her dental check- ups with Dr. Bobby and his professional staff. They are very knowledgeable and always provide excellent care. They create a warm and friendly experience and my granddaughter truly looks forward to every visit. Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry is the best!!!

My son was fearful, but not out of control. Next time we are going to the private room and see if the visit goes more smoothly. Staff was super patient and the dentist was accommodating. We value his dental health and will keep going to the dentist to assure he (we ) are doing a good job on his teeth.

Please do not take any one there ...they are not cleaning their chairs ....I were at this office this morning when I saw the shock of my life when doctor used the same instruments and chair for two brother ...the assistance did not cleaned the x eay chair and machine after patients

Our son has been seeing Dr. Bobby since his first dental exam. He loves going to the dentist - today we had an appointment with someone else and he was upset because he thought the appointment meant we were headed to Peninsula Pediatric Dentistry.

Dentists are great but the wait time is unacceptable! They are always under staffed so you wait 30+ minutes from your scheduled appointment time to be seen and then another 30+ minutes to be seen by the dentist after the cleaning.
